Certain batches of Jext auto-injectors have been recalled due to a manufacturing fault: www.allergyuk.org/blog/blog/post/114-important-information-recall-of-jext-auto-injectors

Thanks for posting this, OP, will check DS's JEXT pens now.
DS's are some of the dodgy ones - probably wouldn't have known about it nearly so quickly if not for you OP, thankyou
So glad the information was useful MissMilliment. We have Epi-pens rather than Jext but I know lots on here use Jext so wanted to make sure that as many as possible knew about the recall. Hope you manage to sort out replacements quickly.
Our home ones are ok. Checking school ones tomorrow
Bumping to make sure everyone who uses Jext sees this
Thank you! Will check ours...
Received a letter about this today from the chemist who dispensed our jext. They turned out to come from the did batch.
Dud not did.
thanks OP. will check our school ones tomorrow too
Ours were all part of the batch -very annoyed that our gp sent a letter as opposed to calling us!
