What shall I have for breakfast?

I have two under two- for the first time ever, both children are in nursery today and I'm not working. I haven't had a 'day off' since DC1 was born.

Want to start my day off by making myself a delicious breakfast. What's your favourite 'treat yourself' breakfast?

Planning on spending the rest of my day decorating a dolls house for them (for when they're older), reading and maybe going on a nice, peaceful walk. So excited!

One or two Crumpets with butter and marmite and a hunk of cheddar on the side.

Very filling and a comfort food.

Enjoy your day off! My favourite treaty breakfast is shakshuka, or smoked salmon omelette

Eggs Benedict with a side of full fat Greek yoghurt, honey and lots of fruit with a large mocha!

I think eggs benedict is the winner, thanks everyone! Eating out is a great shout but I actually really love the idea of putting a podcast on whilst cooking without a toddler running around my feet 😂

Porridge with cream and a dollop of black currant jam.
