1 year old pooing too much!

Hi!
I'm a very anxious mum and I feel like my DD hasn't caught a break recently with one illness after another.
Shes recently turned one so no longer on formula. She drinks lots of water and has cows milk in Cereal etc.
In the last few days shes gone from one poo a day to like 3, 4 or 5! She seems to be in pain while she's doing it too.
Visited the doc yesterday for another reason... I mentioned this but the doc just ignored it. Should I be worried?? 😪😪😪
