Ok so this has always happened to me but I guess life has been so dull recently that when it happened for the first time in a while it got me thinking!
So if I get a strong emotion like sadness, shock, or excitement I start to shake when I'm speaking. I feel it and I feel like it's so obvious but no one's ever commented on it. I get short of breath and I just talk strange I guess because my breaths are so shallow. It's like any emotion that's strong enough to get adrenaline going I think - but it only kicks in when I start to speak. If I get chance I try to take deep breaths and calm down but it happens again when I speak and the shakiness can get worse when I try to control it.
Does anyone else get this? What the hell is it and if you do, does anyone notice it?? I never want to ask because my reaction seems ott for whatever has happened!!
