Lack of motivation is getting me down

I don't know what's wrong with me, I'm so unmotivated to do anything, I'm unorganised and do everything on the last minute when it really really needs to be done or when I'm going to have to be accountable to someone.

I feel like I've got worse over the years, it's not just a lockdown thing it's an all the time thing.

I just don't know how to break it, I feel like I'm broken with no idea how to fix it!
