I'm not suffering and mental health problems but I have family concerns. I already know it will be a bit of a vent because I'm both angry and worried. I just want to be able to talk things through but I don't know where to go. It's not the kind of random thing you want to bombard people with.
What's the answer? Is there a service out there (preferably free, but paid if not) to just talk through some strange emotional baggage?
