Plant and Guinness delivery?

Does anyone know of somewhere that will deliver a plant, ideally a peace lily, and some Guinness as a gift? I know it’s oddly specific but it’s a pick me up gift for a friend and they have special meaning to the recipient.

I can obviously get both sent separately but would ideally like them sent together. Any ideas hive mind? I’ve googled and best I’ve found is a Gardner’s hamper with Guinness 😀 delivering to Kent if that helps!
