Fitness tracker / smart watch for 9 yr old to help motivate them to drink more

My 9 year old is after a fitness tracker for Xmas. She’s interested in it from the monitoring activity perspective, but I’m wondering if there are any models out there that are multipurpose and will track/motivate other activities that she needs encouragement with - namely drinking more water and taking medication (which she has in a drink). Does such a device exist? Do any of the standard children’s Garmin or Fitbits have this kind of functionality? And if not are there any other brands out there that do?

The only one I’ve found is the Octopus by Joy which are a pain to get hold of and also seem to be aimed at younger children.

Any recommendations gratefully received!
