John Lewis website problems?

Anyone else struggling with the John Lewis website?

Appreciate this is not the most exciting thread but I have a massive basket of stuff to buy and it won’t let me onto the basket page ... been like that all day ... very annoying as I will have to start all over again if it doesn’t sort itself out. Gah.

TBH I’ve found it very ropey every since they changed it a while back (maybe when they redid their logo, can’t remember).

Is it just me??

I checked out no problem yesterday, only a few items though.

Thanks! it was ok yesterday for me... but now I can’t get to checkout just get an error message. I may give up...

I have this sometimes. Are you on your phone? As long as you are logged into your JL account the items should stay in your basket. Turn your phone off and then on again and that might do the trick.

I’m on iPad - tried the off and on but the problem is still there 😫 I will keep trying
