But here we are...lockdown and scaremongering on all sides. How can we ride this out? Any useful tips for fellow mumsnetters to use? Mine are:
Get to bed on time..yes you might not instantly fall asleep but it sets the body clock in motion
Eat well
Every time I get a negative anxious thought I try to balance by thinking of something positive- difficult but getting there
