Does anyone use RAYLO?

Want to upgrade my phone and a quick google had RAYLO as a top hit. It offers you the ability to 'rent' a new phone for two years so that you pay less but return the handset and upgrade at the end of the period. It would be cheaper than me upgrading with O2 but I won't own my handset at the end (don't care). I've never heard of them. Has anyone used them? Are they legit/reputable?

make sure you know what happens if you accidentally damage or lose your phone during those 2 years

It says, two years built in insurance. But yes - that would be something to check.
