How would you cover this on a cv?

Temp contract finished Dec18.
Started looking for a job at end of Jan 19.

March 19 had an accident and health scare which put job hunting on a back burner until cleared up. By this time on crutches due to accident.

End of summer 19 finally had op to correct accident.

Recovery and physio reckoned to be a year, but covid happened and had to stop treatment.
Finally getting to the end of my multiple appointments a week.

I would just cover the whole period as accident / illness and recovery

Yes. Left December 2018. Unwell due to an accident until September 2020.

Thanks. What about hobbies, does one still include hobbies these days? DH says to include diving, but the last time we did that was before DS (now 10) was born Hmm And being captain of a club 18 years ago is irrelevant isn't it?! My cv is old Blush

I never put hobbies on a CV.

I wouldn't put hobbies unless it's something properly impressive/relevant to the roles you're applying for.
