I'm looking for a beautiful book as a gift for a nursery worker I want to say something.

I'm thinking something beautifully illustrated or profound or inspirational..,,

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I absolutely love the illustrated Harry Potter books, they’ve done such a great job on them!

As it says, it seems to stayed as a children's book but has so many observations on human kind 😍😢 You can find some beautiful editions

Everyone seems to love The Mole, The Fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesey. Not read it myself but seen enough people quote tweeting it on twitter to know that they think it's pretty profound and of-the-moment. It looks nice.

An illustrated Mary Poppins? I got one for my grown up SD two years ago and she cried! It’s her fave film.

The Boy and the Mole etc is lovely but suggest The Lost Words by Robert McFarlane. Mind blowingly beautiful illustrations and poetry.

Tell Me A Dragon by Jackie Morris.
