Malory Towers fan - birthday present ideas?

DD is soon to be 9 and adores Malory Towers. Aside from more of the books (we have that covered) could you clever people think of ideas for related gifts on the theme?

Has she read St Clare's? It's more of the same story wise but my DD enjoy it just as much as Malory towers.

MT specific is trickier. Maybe a tuck box or trunk or something?

Loving the badges and the tuck box idea. Might see if I could create a small cardboard "trunk" to put presents in. Those are great, thank you!

Ah this is a good thread as my friend’s daughter is a fan and I’ve struggled for presents.
I was thinking things like a midnight feast kit? But other than making one myself, which I should do, I can’t find anything. Should be easy enough to make.

I totally loved the individual covers/comforters they all had on their beds, could you get something like that off Etsy? An old-fashioned suitcase/trunk? A midnight feast kit would be fab too.

Do people play lacrosse these days?

Bit more practical but what about some stationery like nice writing paper and envelopes to write thank you letters for birthday presents and a fountain pen that you have to dip in ink rather than cartridge

Also came here to suggest midnight feast kit (fish paste sandwiches and ginger ale? 😋) and a trunk of some sort. Also maybe a satchel and some retro notebooks?

How about some personalised painted Converse? I will confess to a vested interest as I make them Grin but I know lots of people who are into quite niche bands or shows etc struggle to find merch, and come to me for hand painted canvases, denim jackets and shoes. PM me if you want details.

A huge cake, delivered in a big box.
Definitely a tuck box - The Works sell lovely little storage suitcases; maybe those would work?
Nice writing paper and envelopes a lovely idea.
Maybe a few tricks for pranks, like the girls use?

Notebooks also likely to be a hit, and I will consider how many pranks I could bear (she would love it though!)

Joke shop stuff, like Alicia's naughty brothers send her in the post?

This MT dressing-up costume?

I did a Famous 5 theme party when DC was a similar age. I bought a pack of the LadyBird book postcards and we sent out the invites and thank you notes on those, as they were a similar period.

The cake was also themed using a cover of the 1st FF book (you can get things printed to go on top of the cake) and the lovely cake maker even managed to make little figures including Timmy the dog.

I did a picnic tea on rugs - we read through the books to find the various references for food and drink. There was so much food that all the parents had plenty to eat as well!!!

Pjs for the midnight feast? I can along to say that and ginger beer, sausages etc but beaten to it! Sewing kit if you reckon your dd might be interested in that for a hobby, although Darrell gets one of the other girls to do that for her
