We'll leave aside the reasons why you don't do them (because it all boils down to self sabotage really) but what do you think you could do to improve your health without too much effort?
I'll start
- Sleep Better (not have phone in the bedroom, get some proper black out curtains, remember to take my herbal sleeping pill every night).
- Exercise more (get up earlier, plan exercise slots at the start of the week, stop using lack of sleep and tiredness as an excuse not to exercise)
- Eat less (not let husband dish up dinner, don't eat til lunch time, consciously reduce amount of carbs on plate by a third then a half)
- take all my supplements (magnesium, B complex, zinc and Perfectil) - buy a weekly pill dispenser from the chemist and bloody use it. Every day, after lunch. Except magnesium which is just before bed.
Written down, none of those look too difficult! So I am really really going to try and work them into my normal every day.
What easy (emphasis on easy) healthy changes could you my fellow Mumsnetters make and how could you achieve them? Looking for inspiration here!
