IME Yes. I've always used them, I've never had a damaged phone

Yes, IMO, I’ve got got one for iPad and iPhone and they are very good at protecting them (I’m clumsy AND have small children so this is much needed!).

I had an otterbox defender for a Samsung note years ago and it was amazing. I ended up taking it off because it was bulky when I was putting it in a running holder and started leaving it off all the time, next thing I dropped the phone on my tiled kitchen floor and the screen went black, never to work again. Moral of the story, use a decent case.

Yes, I shelled out for one after my 2yo introduced my iPhone to our stone kitchen floor and my cheapo case did nothing to protect it. I also got tempered glass put over the screen once it was fixed. Touch wood it’s had a few bumps, scrapes and falls since but remains in one piece.

Be careful if it’s from Amazon, I bought what I thought was an Otterbox from there and it was fake.

My poor phone has been dropped more times than I care to remember, but the otter box case has kept it safe.

Its the first time I have bought one but it won't be the last.

Yep they’re utterly brilliant.

Don’t have a £1000+ phone and then skimp on the case.

Yes, they are brilliant but buy direct from Otterbox.

I abuse my phone as have a horse so it gets wet, dropped from height, filthy etc. Under the case the phone is perfect.

They are bulky but small price to pay!

Yes- wouldn't use anything else now that I've tried one! Phone has been dropped down stairs onto a wood floor and been absolutely fine.

Get a Lifeproof case instead. They’re waterproof, dustproof, and give great all round protection.
I’ve dropped my iPhone down a drain at the side of the road, fished it out and washed it in hot water - perfectly fine. I’ve also dropped it down the stairs...and my iPad which is also in a Lifeproof case, and neither were damaged.

Yes. DH was not impressed with how ugly it is but he is not with the kids all day like I am. Wouldn't touch the phone until I had the case.

No. The one I got for dd was a piece of junk. It started peeling shortly after I got it and several of her friends had the same one and the same peeling issue. Otterbox refused to acknowledge that there was an issue and would not honor the warranty. I threw it out and bought a much more attractive way cheaper unbranded case on Amazon and it's kept dd's phone safe for a year so far (and she's a teenager).

Yes. Lifeproof also good if you want waterproof. The Tech 21 ones are good for impact protection too and sometimes less bulky than otterbox.

That one on amazon is sold by amazon rather than a third party so it should be genuine.
