Say anything to employers about team leader? - minor issue I think?

I am currently on mat leave with dts and will not be returning to my current employer due to the childcare/travel costs. I will be expected to either hand in my notice or my return to work date soon.

I returned to work after having dd1 when I was 11 wks pregnant with twins. I only ever had 1 1:1/apraisal meetings in the time I was back, this should've been monthly btw.

In the meeting my team leader said "oh well we never bothered training you on that as you're pregnant and off on mat leave soon."

I just said "oh, ok" and left it as it was my last day and just wanted to leave, this in turn affected my annual bonus as I hadn't completed all training expected of staff.

I do have a lot of history with my team leader as I find her lazy, bullying and manipulative but has friends in high places so cannot really report as it would be her word v's my word and that never plays out well.

Now I'm leaving I'm very tempted to mention the lack of training and her reasoning but am aware it was fairly obvious that I would not be returning so would've been a waste of my time to learn.

Should I mention it? WWYD??

Mention it in a letter - but don't get too involved as you might get stressed.

IMO.

Although it would pee me off quite a lot, their attitude!

Not sure if I'm letting my opinion of my team leader colour how I see this iyswim?

I know I've taken advantage of their generous maternity benefits and to be fair, it would be pointless to train me on a system I would use for 5 months at best. Would it seem petty mentioning it now rather than when it happened?

If you are leaving there should be some sort of leavers interview/questionnaire, you should mention it, maybe you could word it as they were erxcluding you from training/ability to obtain bonus this contributed to your desicion to leave Wink If you really want to say how you feel you should keep it to the facts, say what yu missed out on, it should get back to her boss and they wont know if no-one every tells them.

Post this in employment there are some experts over there. It certainly doesn't sound fair but depends if you're up to the hassle , some people don't like to make a fuss.I do Blush
