She has asked for a Harry Potter hoodie and poster

That is it. I am in a complete state.

Please share some ideas.

There are no budgetary constraints

Tickets to the Harry Potter studios, overnight stay away if necessary. Or go to the Warner Bros. shop and splash out on merch.
Ditto tickets to The Cursed Child.

Wee Free Men by Terry Pratchett - to give her a different perspective on a teenage girl finding herself as a witch.

Look on Etsy for various Potter-inspired craft items - from knitted Mandrakes to Golden Snitch necklaces.

DD had tickets for HP Studio for her birthday a few weeks ago, I've bought her a HP top and a small set of Lego... she doesn't really need anything else.

HP studio tour is really amazing and she’s a perfect age for it.
She’ll need spending money for the shop!

Harry Potter Lego set?
Games console?

Smart TV and Netflix subscription for her room.

If she already has a TV but not a smart one, then a Firestick and sound bar.

Amazon Echo/Google Home.

I like the chair idea - maybe a beanbag and fairy lights to make it cosy.

You do my need a big or main present necessarily, we haven’t this year as neither of them want something big.

I have never understood this ' big gift' rule. Just get her a few things she will like. Cinema vouchers/ lip gloss/ vouchers for Costa etc so she can go with friends?

There’s no need to get in a state. If you’ve got her what she has asked for and would like to get her something else how about studio tickets or HP Lego or there is tons and tons of HP merchandise.

What about a young drivers experience?

If that is what she wants then get that. I would maybe add some books and novelty socks.

How about the Harry potter funko pops? Dd1 has just started collecting them and she's 10.

Primark have tonnes if Harry potter stuff in. Cushions, duvet sets, ornaments, clothes etc. If you are near London Oxford street Primark has a Harry potter shop bit at the side with loads of exclusive bits. I go yearly to get xmas/birthday presents for dd (and me!)

You can get a coding wand which looks brilliant but £££ available on Amazon.

Thanks, I’ve just bought some funky pops. Brilliant idea.
The chair/ beanbag ideas are excellent too. She shares her room but want to strike out into her own space but is still a bit to frightened to do so. Great idea for next year.
She has an iPad and a school iPad (?) and has no interest in gaming games.
Tickets and experiences are a brilliant idea
We’ve seen the Cursed Child and had the HP experience. She is obsessed and v kindly spoiled rotten by aunts and uncles.
Terry Pratchett was discovered 2 yrs ago and she has read all the ‘children’s’ books and progressed onto the adult ones. Much is lost in her understanding but lots gained from Pratchett, thanks for the idea.

Amazon Treasure truck had a Harry Potter coding kit a few days ago, still on Amazon website. Comes with a wand you can program I think. ...probably need to run on the family PC or laptop if she doesn't have one. My 13 yo DD isn't a big gamer/computer geek but she would love that.

Does she like taking pictures? I have got My 12 year old an instant camera. Its a Fuji film instax mini 9 and I bought a funky accessory kit to go with it. Something a bit different since we take so many pictures with mobiles etc but rarely print them out. Also got her a wireless printer/scanner to go with her Chromebook which she asked for.

I got mine a slush puppie slush maker. Think she'll have great fun with that and will keep them busy when she has friends around
