I really wouldn't bother . Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered .

I am having terrible trouble contacting them right now after them charging me twice, after an 'introductory offer' on their 'tasting club' ...not sending stuff, not answering emails, and being really unhelpful (rude even) on their 'help' line ..

I've now finally emailed the CEO because i cant get anyone else to help to me..

Ilhave loved and bought their chocolate for years , but Ive truly gone off it now ..

If you can find a different choc company I would. I had the tasting club subscription but gave up (which was a damn battle) when I realised that I was paying up to £1 each for a single chocolate! A single sodding chocolate. And most weren't that impressive. Thorntons were far tastier.
