People who make own event advent calanders

Do DH and I are suppose to be making an event advent calander, we are doing 12 events each some and I was going to do one DD 18 months.

Christmas family events eg light show, breakfast and seeing Santa we can use for all the advent calanders and I was thinking of small things like Christmas colouring for DD and for DH and I watching a Christmas film.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
