I think it's a holding status. When I was editing my Christmas delivery it was magically all there. When I swapped to Sunday's delivery it was all out of stock again.

Got my Christmas ocado slot this morning - the email reminder came at the weekend and I set a reminder in my phone. I just put boring ordinary stuff in plus some booze to get to £90 and then edit in late November.

I am gleeful as my boss normally gets hers weeks before me but not this time, Ocado love me the most

Please can someone tell me if I'm doing this right?! I can only manage to get 22nd dec on waitrose but i've got an email from ocado saying i can book from 26th oct onwards. But i want to reserve the waitrose slot in case the only ocado ones left are rubbish. So I've gone on waitrose, got my slot on 22nd and shoved 5 x £20 bottles of bubbly in there. Do I just go through checkout now, and then edit at a later date? (I'm worried I'll forget and end up with a shit load of overpriced booze, but needs must!)

There weren’t many decent slots when I got mine. Luckily as DH is a SAHD we have more options than others.

I’m hoping for Sainsbury’s on 23rd when they release their slots in reality!

How much is the Ocado Christmas delivery? I remember thinking it wasn't worth it last year but I still don't remember how much it cost.

Ocado delivery is £9.99 per slot. I live miles awa from a supermarket so it's worth it for me.

I think Ocado slots only opened today for me. Rather chuffed I got in even before the reminder arrived! I'm a cheapskate and won't pay the huge charge for deliveries nearer Christmas Day given I'm already paying for my Smart Pass, but in any case I don't trust anybody else to get our Christmas dinner essentials, so I get the heavy and less perishable stuff delivered on the day when it's free (Wed 20th) and do the rest myself later in the week. Not too bad going to the supermarket when you only have a shortish list to get through.

I booked my Ocado slot this morning, for 9am - 10am on Christmas Eve, I popped the standard 3 bottles of Champagne in my trolley so I could checkout.

I got access to Ocado slots today; no email though.

Booked for Saturday 23rd - costs £9.99 but so far they've always delivered, on time and without missing items and subs. Used to use Waitrose for free but twice we had no delivery and the other time we had lots of missing items.

There were no Saturday morning slots left at all by the time I looked this evening.
