My baby will be 6 weeks old at Christmas. Everyone keeps asking what he wants for Christmas but I have no idea. We got lots when he was born and lots of second hand things like toys, play Mat, swinging chair. Can anyone recommend useful or well loved things that may be good for family to buy the little One? Thanks x

I'm the same with DS (he will be 10 weeks) and we received so much newborn /up to 6
Month stuff when he was born.

I've asked people for toys that are for 6 months plus or Gro Bags / some 3-6 and 6-9 month clothes etc as otherwise he won't get any more 'big presents' till his first birthday in October.

Parents have bought him a jumperoo ready to use when he is a little bigger

Money for his bank, push along type baby walker for when he is bigger.
Books, shape sorter, basically any toys that are suited to 6 or 9 months.

I wouldn't buy clothes as you don't really know what size they will be in next winter, logically you would think 12-18 months but you might have a large child who is in 18-24 or a shorty in 9-12 next winter.

I started a thread similar to this recently and got similar suggestions to PPs and loved the jumperoo idea!

Some other ideas I was given:-
Vouchers for baby classes i.e. Gymboree etc
Vouchers or season pass for soft play/zoo
Books

Thanks for the suggestions. A jumperoo seems popular, I'll have a look at that and a few of the others.
