Micro Sprite Scooters - any experience?

I'm looking for scooters for the DC for Christmas - we have always had Micro Scooters and we are ready for two wheelers now but I don't want to make an expensive mistake. I'm happy to look at alternatives too.

Definitely worth the money.

If your children are likely to want to learn stunts then the Micro Sprite won't be any good. (Foldable scooters can't be used for stunts)

eyebrows, they probably won't want to learn stunts now but do you recommend ones that would have more longevity and would suit them now and when they do want to learn stunts?

Would this be better: www.micro-scooters.co.uk/micro-mx-trixx-scooter-black-1.html

I think it depends on their personality really. The y1 boy across the road can bunny hop (jump while staying on scooter) from road to pavement easily and we have a local stunt park so it's very normal phase to go through.

I think that Micro is a good quality brand and would buy a normal 2 wheeler from them but as far as stunt scooters go, it's not a cool brand.

Definitely worth it. Both of mine have them, both started off with 3 wheelers. Oldest now has a collection of scooters, micro scooter is by far the most used...she's 11!

Well worth the money, dd had a maxi micro originally and then last year we bought a micro Sprite ( turquoise with owls, lovely design). I was a bit sceptical and other friends recommended other brands but as is always the way they hadn't had micro sprites to compare. Very pleased we paid the bit extra. Easily foldable which is a definite bonus as dd often brings it when we go out with the dog for the day if suitable ground.

So any shops ever discount these? Last year I bought one for my son from Germany as even with delivery it worked out far cheaper, only the exchange rate this year doesn't make it really worth doing.

Wormwoodm, I've been looking for discount codes but I haven't found any.

Anyone recommend any decent stunt scooters?

I wondered if they would come under any store promotions like John Lewis? Wishful thinking. They are worth the full price I just like a discount!
