...a new pillowcase!

DS has so many pjs at the moment. He went away with school in September and had a couple of new sets then so I really didn't want to get more.

When my sisters were small they each had a special pillowcase which was filled with presents on Christmas morning. They're 38 and 40 now and still use their pillowcases!! For some reason, I didn't have one but that's a whole other issue HmmGrin.

So, I have been searching on and off for ages to find something suitable and have found it! He'll have it Christmas Eve instead of the pjs. Although, that does now mean I'll have to make sure he chooses tidy pjs.

Hmm, maybe I'll go and look for a onesie for him...

Do you still have yours? I had a Santa sack for my presents but can't put my pillow in that for the rest of the year Grin!!

Might treat myself to a special pillowcase aswell!

We had pillowcases, but we didn't use them the rest of the year.

I'm not sure if my sisters did when they were small. It's only as adults that they do...nice Winnie the Pooh and Paddington pillowcases!

I'll probably keeps DS' just for Christmas time. Although, at 10 years old, I think this new (to ds and I) Christmas tradition is more for my benefit than DS' Xmas Grin

Mine have regular pillowcases, but their names sewn on in felt and embroidered (by me when I obviously had more time than sense!)
