Music for dcs aged 6-8?

Hi, we really enjoy all of the They Might Be Giants CDs: Here comes science, here come the 1-2-3s, No!
I am looking for something similar, i.e. good tunes and lyrics that don't drive parents insane Bob the builder I have not forgotten about you! and not "modern", x-factor or similar.
Any ideas?

My DD is 8 and she loves Simon and Garfunkel, Billy Joel, America, Elton John, Carli Simon, Elvis's early stuff and show tunes from things like Bugsy Malone.
