Can i please have a Christmas rant!

A few weeks ago I found the most perfect handmade Harry Potter inspired necklace for DD on etsy.com. So I set up an account and ordered it.

After a week it hadn't arrived, so I emailed the seller and asked if she could track the order. She very kindly sent another one after it still didn't arrive. That was last Monday. So low and behold, it still hasn't turned up. I was begining to think it was a bit aids, but thorght I best log on to etsy and check my details are correct.

Even though I set up a new account and put in my address, Etsy have my delivery address as a house I lived in 4 years ago. I realise I must have had an account in the past, but all the details I put in this time when registering (apart from my name) are different. So now the poor seller has sent two necklaces, I've lost money, DD will miss out on a lovely gift. I will check tomorrow at my old address but I'm not very hopeful.

Anyway.... Rant over and fingers crossed.

Aww noooo :( hopefully they will both be there when you check and D can have it on time. Then after NY you can send the other one back and it'll be a nice surprise for the seller too.

Didn't got chance today PomBear. It was the nursery Christmas party and as cook, its one of my busiest days. Will go tomorrow and hope they are there. That was my plan too, to send one back to the seller. I hope she's had them tracked incase I have any problems.
