I need to have someone to do this with, I tried it once and got to day 3 but then gave up. Please join me if you want to attempt this with me.

I'll join you. I need to start tonight. Best I did was day 14 and I dropped a dress size doing that and eating carefully.

Lovely to have the company glen, wasn't going to start to Saturday, but perhaps I should start early!? Day 14 sounds really impressive to me, and quite far away! I'm not at all fit and just need someone to kick my arse if I'm doing what I should be doing.

Ohhhh I'll join! Will try and muster up the will power to start tonight.

I got to day 14 last September then forgot about it. Will do it just before I go to bed so I sleep better! Will report back later Smile

Ha ha! Also drinking wine and thinking Saturday looks better! Bitch good luck if you do it tonight (you'll make me feel guilty and I'll have to work hard to make up for wine drinking!) Smile

Oh no. Whenever I saw a 30DS thread, I always made the excuse that it was too late to start mid-month and that there were already too many people on the thread to keep up. I would quickly, fleetingly and most insincerely resolve to join one at the beginning of the month so I could stop feeling guilty immediately and carry on browsing.

But now here I am. Trapped. Grin

I'll start Saturday too.

Great to see some more people joining in, the more there are the more pressure I feel to actually do it this time! Diet I hear ya! Been in the same boat many times. Standing, Level 3! Wow! What's it like? I've never got further than level 1.

Yes I did then I went on holiday and it all went down hill. I find doing it 5 days over 6 weeks the best. With the two rest says split. Otherwise I find it hard to get back into if I have a whole weekend off!

Joining. Got to day 10 last time before I came down with a cold and just could not go on. It really doesn't take much to demotivate me unfortunately.

Me, me, me! Can I join too?

I'm sick of being wobbly!
I did the shred 3 times before and it really helped but now I've completely fallen off the wagon. Haven't done it since last year Blush.

Between Spring/Summer, I lost 6 pounds just by moving house. However, I've piled it back on with a few more extra pounds. I'm 5ft so it's really noticeable.

I never seem to have time but have to find it from somewhere.

My legs were definitely more toned and although i still couldn't do the full push ups, i could do the "easy" version for the whole time instead of doing two and collapsing. So it's worth sticking to. must take my own advice!

This is going to be great, glad someone asked about rest days. Also I like the idea of getting up and doing it rather than thinking all day I've got to fit it in before bed. Roll on Saturday!

No, because it's still February! Grin - would you like a link put on that one so all the people there pile on over in a couple of days? Smile

'why can we never ever stick to it'

You can - and threads like this help. I finished my 3rd time around just before the half-term, and now started my second go at ripped in 30.

Do take rest days - one or two a week. I take the weekend, I find it easier to do the shred/ripped first thing in the morning on schooldays.

Don't be put off if you ache at first - it is normal to wish you lived in a bungalow for the first 3-4 days but after that it eases off and you should start to see/feel the benefit.

I've got the dvd but I have never made it passed the warm up Blush

I'm going on holiday on 12 weeks and it would be nice to not scare evereveryone on the beach this time!

Please help me actually do it this time!

12 weeks is perfect, time to do it twice with two rest days per week!
