The IDF have reportedly carried out airstrikes on displaced people, in an area Israel designated a 'humanitarian area'. They told people to go there, displaced people to that area, and have now reportedly bombed it.

Absolute fucking scumbags. The scenes I've seen will give me nightmares. God help them.

Media here are reporting that strikes against a military target nearby ignited a fire which spread to the civilian camp. I don’t know the truth of what happened, but the loss of life and scenes are awful, I’m so so sorry 😞

Anyone firing missiles at civilian populations needs to have the full weight of international justice come down on them.

I don't think anyone who has been paying attention would expect Israel to admit to bombing displaced people in tents.

I saw the footage too. Pieces of people. It’s been blurred by now.
30 is the most current death toll.

There is no excuse for this.

Those Hamas cunts deliberately launched an attack whilst hiding behind innocent children in the full knowledge that the IDF would retaliate in this way. If a terrorist shoots at a soldier and the soldier returns fire and the terrorist holds up a child to shield himself from the bullets, who is the murderer?

Israel is doing the murdering here. HTH.

In your scenario it is the soldier.

A soldier is a legitimate target in a war and was not harmed.

A child is a civilian, and the soldier is not legally permitted to retaliate by shooting through a child to hit a terrorist. Or even shoot through an adult male or female civilian. Hostages are not targets.

Collective punishment and targeting of civilians is prohibited.

It is only a matter of time before one of the "But Hamas..." brigade shows up.
