ickky · 16/05/2022 10:52

The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

What a time wasting, useless, twat??

Not ickky, of course - she's the best ever!

Wimbunds · 16/05/2022 11:00

Thank you as ever ickky - place marking x

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 16/05/2022 11:00

Phew. Thanks ickky.

ThisSeemsSilly · 16/05/2022 11:02

Any idea what special arrangments are needed for SK?

Resisterwitch · 16/05/2022 11:02

Thanks ickky.

drwitch · 16/05/2022 10:57

I have come to this late. Was that evidence directly put to SSS?

VestofAbsurdity · 16/05/2022 11:04

Well we got the admission that SW cajole and expect those who sign up to the their schemes to go beyond the law and inclusion, safety, etc., is only for the sacred caste.

NoImAVeronica · 16/05/2022 11:06

Thanks for new thread ickky!

nauticant · 16/05/2022 11:07

I have come to this late. Was that evidence directly put to SSS?

tabbycatstripy did deal with that by pointing out that in SSS's witness statement he said that the complaint in Anya Palmer's tweet was sent specifically without higher authorisation and had SSS been told about it he would have attempted to stop it being sent.

ickky · 16/05/2022 11:07

Mr Knan not contactable, break until 11.20am

OP posts:
NoImAVeronica · 16/05/2022 11:08

No Knan, into another break til 11.20

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/05/2022 11:08

@Silly - I believe he requested coloured paper for the paperwork.

Zeugma · 16/05/2022 11:10

Doesn’t turn up on time and not contactable? This is a joke. How very convenient.

ThisSeemsSilly · 16/05/2022 11:11

EJ is not going to be impressed. How unprofessional.

Ah thanks, but that is clearly a weak argument. How could we know he would not have authorised it and anyway it shows a culture of intimidation within the organisation. So SSS might well say he wouldn't have authorised it but he presided over a team who are empowered to send such emails.

VestofAbsurdity · 16/05/2022 11:13

Yet more unprofessional behaviour from Stonewall/their Counsel.

ThisSeemsSilly · 16/05/2022 11:15

Garden Court Chambers must be agog and worried that these incompetents are going to drag them down. How they must rue the day.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/05/2022 11:17

Absolutely, Absurd - it's just embarrassing.

Obviously i don't know what his appointment was this morning, but i like to think that i would prioritise a court hearing where I was giving evidence.

exwhyzed · 16/05/2022 11:18

Shaan Knan is now logged in.

Saying that, appointments with the NHS are like gold dust and often a year waiting. Still, they should at least be contactable.

OP posts:
LouiseBelchersBunnyEars · 16/05/2022 11:21

Even if he’s not contactable now, IO said he was initially meant to be arriving between 11 and 11:30.
Did she bit think she should inform the tribunal of this in advance then? Surely they knew how long they expected sss to be in for?!? So knew there would be a gap?

They are coming across as either incompetent or doing it on purpose
