Put myself on the spreadsheet as STS again this week, since I'm away from the scales. I've stuck to the plan this week again, so hopefully will get some good news when I get a chance to weigh myself.
Could you also add me back into the spreadsheet?

Just had a Subway salad for breakfast, with beef, turkey & ham. Will have eggs, bacon & mushroom for lunch, broc-a-leekie soup as an afternoon snack and chicken & cabbage for dinner.

Right, confession time!
Despite knowing that this is def the way forward for mean terms of woe I have still had a couple of bad days! One where I ate a 9 bar, some rice cakes (organic baby ones) and about 8 marshmallows! I enjoyed them all, too much and didn't find anything too sweet. I really wish I had but sadly I didn't. The next day all I could do was to think of the marshmallows but managed to resist. Last week we ate out and I managed to have a lovely LC meal of steak and salad and roasted vine tomatoes, and a large glass of wine. Then on Friday evening I really didn't want another salad and didn't want to cook again, so we had an Indian takeaway. I had tandoori chicken with salad and mushroom bhaji and spinach bhaji. All rather yummy but my stomach didn't think so afterwards. I also had 2glasses of wine with that. We were out on Friday during the day at the science museum and I took a pack of ham with me which was all I'd had all day and was amazed by the fat that I didn't wane all day. I was hoping to have had some salad with it but there weren't any suitable options.
I did knock myself out of ketosis for a day but decided to drink lots of water and drank lots of red bush tea with coconut oil and thinki'm back into ketosis as of last night.
So I'll need to have a strict 3weeks too ESP as I really would like to lose as close to a stone as I can by the end.
Despite all of that I've only gone up 0.2lbs which is find strange.
I'm still not enjoying the constant prospect of cooking so am going to look for some slow cooker recipes now.
Anyway, good luck o everyone. For this week and I'm hoping that one day I will not enjoy eating anything sweet and that I won't keep sabotaging myself. I did managed just accept it happened and o move on, but it was hard!
F**k - 2 and half pounds ON. On Saturday, I was 12st 6 and today, only TWO days later, I am 12st 11.5 - that's 5 and a half pounds on in 2 days. It only represents a 2.5 gain on last week's weigh-in though.
I know why, it's my own stupid fault but it happens every time I try this WOE. I make spectacular initial progress (8 pounds off in first week for instance) carry on for a few more weeks and then fail to keep to the eating habits. I really wish I was one of those people whose eating habits are forever changed ie. things taste too sweet now, I had a cake and didn't enjoy it etc. etc. But I am not.
Still - 3 weeks to go and all I can hope for I guess is to get back to my highest loss so far (15 pounds). I know my head isn't in the right place anymore - I am hacked off and resentful grrrrr....
Apologies for the rant. I know it is self-defeating and I shall try and snap myself out of it and come back next week with a significant loss. I will not drink any alcohol and stay away from the lovely warm, white bread fresh from the bread-maker (weep!)
Off to the shops now to buy some meat.
Have eaten scrambled eggs with butter and 30g of cheddar cheese/herbal tea
I'm creeping back in here after my hen party weekend. I avoided as much carby food as possible but alcohol was definitely my downfall. Am a hefty 6lbs up this morning.... eeeeekkk!!! I might wait a few days to enter my weight on the spreadsheet.
BIWI I will be joining you in ubercamp from tomorrow. I need it! 3 weeks of bootcamp left and less than 5 weeks to the wedding. Here's to the final push!
Well for the first time ever I have Stayed The Same Lord knows why because I have been superstrict from the outside. My only 'cheat' has been 2 vodkas with soda on a weekend, which I was having on the weeks I lost loads, so it cannot be that.

Whoop whoop! 1 lb off (at last). My clothes are feeling loads looser as well. Went out for a lovely meal yesterday for sil's birthday. I had pan fried skate with loads of really buttery cabbage and broccoli (had extra veg instead of potatoes) followed by cheese board (no crackers) - it was sooooooo nice!
But why do people have to say "you are looking a bit thin - are you eating properly" - gah! I am not thin by any means and will eat how I like! Sil is the worst - she is always "pointing" and is obsessed with how many points in everything. Buttery cabbage was her idea of hell
Well done to all the losers and keep going to the gainers / stsers.
Delighted this week with a 2lb loss, which is 10 in total in 4 weeks!
This is despite going out on Friday night and drinking far, far to much wine. Did stick to woe though and even resisted a late night visit to the chippy (but to be honest it was because I felt rotten).
Strangely, I probably drank a lot less than I used to (before this woe), was drunker and felt totally rotten the next day. Has anyone else found they seem to get drunk really easily on this woe?
Will be avoiding alcohol for the foreseeable future
Well done all of you losers and any of you who have put on, don't get disheartened, come and join us ubercampers instead - to repeat BIWI from a couple of weeks ago, fat doesn't go on that quickly, so it won't be fat, it will be water/glucose retention and will come off again fairly quickly if you are strict and drink lots of water.
Have had my yummy Day 1 Ubercamp mushroom omelette but forgot about the no dairy and had a splash of milk with my morning tea (have not yet been shopping since back from holiday to get the unsweetened soya milk).
Now off to get the cats from the cattery and then to the supermarket to stock up on lots of yummy ubercarb stuff. And tackle another million loads of laundry.
I seem to get drunker & my hangovers seem worse! Makes for a cheap night though
switch I have found the same, drunk very quick on less alcohol and awful hangovers, put it down to less stodgy stuff eaten to soak it up

Switched yes low carb hangovers are truly hideous. Well done for resisting the chips!

Morning! Im a pound down so Im happy with that. I tend to slack off the water drinking at the wknds so need to pick that back up, and I cant do coffee with cream so Im using that lactose free milk and trying to limit myself to no more than 2 coffees a day, then herbal tea if I need a hot drink later on.
Just had a few black farmer sausages, will be having salad and something for lunch, and chicken and celeriac bake for dinner tonight.

Morning everyone. Haven't been on here for a few weeks so have lots of reading to catch up on! Not done badly food wise but have drunk more alcohol & am now ready to continue properly. I wondered though BIWI will there be another bootcamp as I need this kind of support & have two friends who want to do it too. I also feel circumstances didn't help me much this time. Watched the Food revolution clip again, it really makes sense.
I think it's almost inevitable that there will be another one, froufrou!

This one finishes mid-March, so I'll probably start the next one at the beginning of May.
But never fear, we will keep a rolling chat thread going, and if Willie is happy to do so, we can keep the spreadsheet going as well.
No! You can't stop the Bootcamp - it has become a very important part of my weight loss and I need the weekly weigh in and the thread to keep me in line
Ok so I am a couple of pounds up, probably the wine so will weigh in again after a strict couple of uber days.
Thanks for the new thread BIWI, hope your DH doesn't bring home the chocs Timid, mine suggested a Chinese takeout tonight... What was he thinking? Definitely no LC options there, but he has agreed to cook supper from the uber menu tonight by way of an apology.
Some great losses and upbeat stories so far, for anyone STS or a few up... I decided to take the long view after staying the same for a fortnight yet I got a few unexpected compliments this weekend and.... Drum roll.... This month I have lost another 9.5"... Mostly from arms, midriff and stomach...whoop whoop! That is more than 25" since the start of bootcamp. Only 6lb down, but the difference is showing in other ways.
<scuttles off to try on clothes hidden at the bottom of the wardrobe>

Another 3lb That's me down to 11st 8lb - over one and a half stone since we started. I am now officially the lightest I have been in three and a half years, since I put a shedload of weight on after I was made redundant
Dh has lost 5lb despite his blip yesterday (apparently yesterday morning it would have been 7lb). He still thinks that once he has got to his target of 10 and a half stone, he can go back to eating the "old" way.
I am not going to ubercamp as I think I am losing weight at just about the optimal level - if anything slightly too quickly now. I am however doing close to full Boot Camp as dh is still on Boot Camp and therefore not drinking alcohol.
He gets most frustrated seeing me have a strawberry or some blueberries with my yoghurt and cream
I will be 100% bootcamping after this one ends! I plan to Bootcamp for at least a year, then move onto Bootcamp light after that.
