Dose: 2.5. Week 4

B: chocolate protein shake with oats and coconut milk. Flat white
L; two boiled eggs. Cauliflower, fig salad, cous cous, courgettes
D: Parma ham. Strawberry protein shake with frozen banana and almond butter. Completely forgot I’d already had a shake today!

Dose: 2.5, Week 4

Off work today and had no plans so had a bit of a lazy lie in. Eating better this week, still significantly reduced "food noise" but managing to eat better.

Brunch: Protein Yoghurt, fresh strawberries, nutty granola
Dinner: Tuna, coleslaw, salad, baked potato
Snacks: Raw carrot sticks, Graze Chilli & Lime mixed nuts, clear my protein drink

Dose 2.5 Week 4

B: 2 poached eggs on a toasted protein bagel thin (and yes, a thin spread of butter!). Green tea with added marine collagen
L: (very late due to work!) smoked salmon salad
D: fast800 recipe chilli with long stem broccoli

Had a strawberry lemonade clear whey drink about 1 as I didn't have time to eat till later.

B keffir yoghurt, chia, flaxseed, mixed nits and blueberries

L ratatouille and haloumi

D grilled chicken breast and green salad

Plus collagen and biotin supplements. One black coffee. One herbal tea. Lots of water.

Never in my life thought I would struggle to fit in over 700 calories and never in my life has my list not included snacks.

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with blueberries and strawberries

Lunch: small bowl chicken soup and a wholemeal roll

Dinner: small portion Thai chicken curry and rice which I struggled to eat.

No snacks and no desire for any.

5mg, end of week 7.
Due 3rd 5mg tomorrow so feeling a little peckish at times today.

Mid morning: Nescafé Mocha sachet with added unflavoured collagen peptide.

Lunch: cold chicken breast, one ryvita with cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, sliced yellow pepper & a pickled onion

Dinner: chicken breast cooked in bbq sauce, small amount of grated cheddar and salad

Snack: an apple mid afternoon

Small pot of Greek yoghurt with fresh raspberries
Some cooked Sainsburys chicken
1 tbsp pasta salad with spinach and pine nuts
1 tbsp of feta and mint salad
Mug of hot chocolate an hour after dinner (shouldn't have had that as it made me feel very full)

I woke with acid reflux this morning which was disgusting, but was OK afterwards. Very tired and slept all morning - I had that as a side effect (along with the acid reflux) one day last week, too.

Suppression is back to where it was at 2.5 - I thought I'd lost it last week.

Dose 4 of 2.5 mg tomorrow.
2 hard boiled eggs
3 ryvita
4 cherry tomatoes

4 dried apricots
salmon
broccoli
green beans
lentils with vegetables.
Greek yoghurt.
Looks a lot of food when written down. Haven’t calorie counted but pretty sure I’ve done ok.

Week 12, 7.5mg. Loss so far 1st 6lb
B: Strawberries, raspberries, coconut Skyr, sprinkling nutty granola, chia seeds and bran sticks
L: Smoked fish pate, small piece sourdough toast, sliced cucumbers, a few chunky chips (out for lunch)
T: Homemade ratatouille, sliced chicken breast, small portion pasta

Looks like a lot but portions are not big. I'm trying to use this as a tool to eat well but not overeat

2.5 week 4

B: scrambled eggs with asparagus, feta and smoked salmon (25 g protein) Was bloody lovely! Green tea with collagen powder
L: fast800 chilli with Greek yoghurt and salad (35g of protein!)
D: homemade red pepper hummus with sugar snaps and cucumber (5.5g protein)

Loads of water and a lemon clear whey drink (21g protein). May have also had a can of Tripp lemon basil and a % alcohol Tanqueray and tonic.

Barely recognise myself! 😂

I try to go for ones which aren’t too high in sugar but sometimes there’s a limited selection. I like the barbells ones and the U fit strawberry the most. I hate the Huel ones .
At home I have Bulk pure whey in strawberry or mint choc and they are both yummy with banana and coconut milk
