  • Were you aware of the LowLow brand before this product test? If so, what comes to mind when you think about the LowLow brand?

Yes. Have been buying low low cheese for a while now as I prefer the milder flavour.

  • Were you aware of the LowLow Snack Pack before this product test?

Yes have bought a couple recently.

  • Which LowLow Snack Pack did you buy? (available in 3 flavours: Red Pepper & Onion Chutney, Sweet Tomato Relish, Caramelised Onion Chutney)

Have tried the onion one and relish one so far.

  • When and where did you eat the LowLow Snack Pack?

Eaten on picnic days when I've taken children out.

  • Was this in place of another snack you would normally eat at that time? If so, please tell us what

In place of sandwiches. Liked that it was easy to eat!

  • How satisfied were you with the LowLow Snack Pack?

Only 4 crackers is disappointing and always more relish/chutney than I need!

  • How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk?

I'm not a fab of cheese but low lows milder flavour is nice.

  • Would you recommend the LowLow Snack Pack to a friend?

Yes

  • Would you buy the LowLow Snack Pack at the price £1.50 if it was available in your usual store?

No. I've bought them at £1 and think this is fair for so few crackers. It would have to be more substantial (more crackers) for me to pay a higher price.

  • If you were previously aware of the LowLow brand, has the LowLow Snack Pack changed the way you think about the brand?

Not really. I liked the brand before and I like them now.

Got the voucher a few days ago. Thanks! Hadn't heard of Lowlow before.

Bought the caramelised onion chutney. Ate it for for lunch.
Thought it tasted good but I don't eat many carbs usually so different to my normal diet.

Would recommend it to a friend as its not too expensive but probably wouldn't buy it myself.

  • Were you aware of the LowLow brand before this product test? If so, what comes to mind when you think about the LowLow brand?

I was vaguely aware they made cheese and presumed it was marketed as lower fat hence the name. Had never tried before.

  • Were you aware of the LowLow Snack Pack before this product test?

No but glad to see this is a grown up "chedds" as I buy those for the children and they are bland as hell.

  • Which LowLow Snack Pack did you buy? (available in 3 flavours: Red Pepper & Onion Chutney, Sweet Tomato Relish, Caramelised Onion Chutney)

Caramelised Onion Chutney

  • When and where did you eat the LowLow Snack Pack?

5 minutes ago at home.

  • Was this in place of another snack you would normally eat at that time? If so, please tell us what

No, I had been on the go since early this morning and ate this as I was hungry and couldn’t wait to prepare lunch.

  • How satisfied were you with the LowLow Snack Pack?

Very pleasantly surprised. The chutney was lovely although I would have liked a little more of it.

  • How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk?

Very appealing. It would encourage me to buy more.

  • Would you recommend the LowLow Snack Pack to a friend?

Absolutely, as an easy on the go fast snack.

  • Would you buy the LowLow Snack Pack at the price £1.50 if it was available in your usual store?

I think £1 would make me more likely to buy.

No, I was only vaguely aware before.

-Were you aware of the LowLow brand before this product test? If so, what comes to mind when you think about the LowLow brand?

I'd never heard of the brand before, don't usually buy this type of product

  • Were you aware of the LowLow Snack Pack before this product test?

I wasn't aware of the snack pack either

  • Which LowLow Snack Pack did you buy? (available in 3 flavours: Red Pepper & Onion Chutney, Sweet Tomato Relish, Caramelised Onion Chutney)

I bought the caramelised onion chutney

  • When and where did you eat the LowLow Snack Pack?

Ate at work as a mid afternoon snack

  • Was this in place of another snack you would normally eat at that time? If so, please tell us what

I usually go for a sweet snack, ie flapjack or a cookie

  • How satisfied were you with the LowLow Snack Pack?

I was quite surprised as portion was bigger than I expected and quite filling. I enjoyed the cheese, chutney wasn't the best I've had but there was plenty of it and it was an enjoyable snack.

  • How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk?

I love cheese and am a bit of a cheese snob so don't find the idea very appealing. Also, I generally tend to like stronger flavoured cheese, eg very mature cheddar. I often find cheese like this can be very bland, however I was pleasantly surprised on this occasion.

  • Would you recommend the LowLow Snack Pack to a friend?

I probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend as, while it was nice, there are lots of other snacks available and I don't think this is outstanding enough-also quite an expensive snack.

  • Would you buy the LowLow Snack Pack at the price £1.50 if it was available in your usual store?

I don't think I would buy a snack pack. £1.50, although a fair price for the product is expensive for one snack. I could buy several packets of crisps, a packet of flapjacks or several pieces of fruit etc for £1.50 that would last me a working week.

  • Were you aware of the LowLow brand before this product test? If so, what comes to mind when you think about the LowLow brand?

No, wasn't aware. Thought it must mean 'low fat'.
  • Were you aware of the LowLow Snack Pack before this product test?

No
  • Which LowLow Snack Pack did you buy? (available in 3 flavours: Red Pepper & Onion Chutney, Sweet Tomato Relish, Caramelised Onion Chutney)

Caramelised Onion Chutney, although they all looked quite nice
  • When and where did you eat the LowLow Snack Pack?

At home, at 3pm, mid-afternoon treat before school run
  • Was this in place of another snack you would normally eat at that time? If so, please tell us what

Instead of crisps
  • How satisfied were you with the LowLow Snack Pack?

Quite satisfied. Liked it as a snack, not for lunch. Got sticky fingers as didn't use a knife. Cheese didn't fit on the bread. Chutney was runny and hardly any onion. Would have liked more crackers.
  • How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk?

What's the point? Just use proper cheese. Cheese is a treat.
  • Would you recommend the LowLow Snack Pack to a friend?

Maybe for a £1. I wouldn't rave on them.
  • Would you buy the LowLow Snack Pack at the price £1.50 if it was available in your usual store?

It was £1 in Asda for two of the flavours. Near the cheese and Dunkers etc.
I wouldn't pay £1.50. It seems a lot for 5 tiny crackers and some runny chutney liquid.
  • If you were previously aware of the LowLow brand, has the LowLow Snack Pack changed the way you think about the brand?

I wasn't aware beforehand.

Caramelised onion chutney
  • When and where did you eat the LowLow Snack Pack?

At home in mid afternoon. I'd been out for a walk and came home feeling hungry
  • Was this in place of another snack you would normally eat at that time? If so, please tell us what

I would probably have had a couple of crackers with cheese spread.
  • How satisfied were you with the LowLow Snack Pack?

I quite enjoyed it. It was tasty but not particularly filling.
  • How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk?

I normally really dislike reduced fat cheese but I must say I didn't notice much difference
  • Would you recommend the LowLow Snack Pack to a friend?

Probably
  • Would you buy the LowLow Snack Pack at the price £1.50 if it was available in your usual store?

Not as a normal snack at that price. They were on offer in morrisons for £1. If I was buying something to eat when out and about I'd consider it but I wouldn't buy it to eat at home.
  • If you were previously aware of the LowLow brand, has the LowLow Snack Pack changed the way you think about the brand?

No. I'd still buy the cheese spread and having tried the snack pack I'd probably try the cheese slices.

No I wasn't aware of LowLow beforehand because I don't normally check out 'low calorie' options!

Only two out of the three options in my local Sainsbury's hypermarket! Opted for Caramelised Onion Chutney

Late pm (we don't eat dinner until 8.30 pm) after collecting DD from school - at the computer desk!

Sort of - I'm very partial to a cheese and biscuits type snack - more so than sweet things!

It was a lot better than I anticipated! Sort of thing I might think about putting in the DCs lunchboxes. I thought the chutney was delicious and made all the difference. Loved the triangular but real cheese slices but not quite so keen on the 'crackers'.

  • How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk?

Appealing and didn't really notice any difference to taste!

I would probably do so although it's a very expensive type of snack! £1.75 (that's how much mine cost in Sainsbury's) for one wouldn't tempt me. Don't think £1.50 would either but if they were on special offer for £1 (or less) I might be tempted!

I would probably look out for their products in future and might try any other things new to the market in their range!

I had heard of the low low brand before as I love their cheese and have also recently tried a Tonka masala frozen meal but had not heard of the snack pack.
I bought the red pepper and onion chutney one and ate it as a mid morning snack (really in place of breakfast just a bit late). I found the toast quite nice, there was 4 pieces which was enough for me, 5 slices of mild creamy cheese and plenty of chutney which was full of flavour
I was very satisfied after eating it, was the perfect size for a snack, would not be big enough to replace a meal though.
I love low low cheese anyway so obviously find semi skimmed milk cheese appealing.
I would recommend to a friend but probably not at £1.50. I will pick them up if I see them on offer for £1.
The snack pack has not changed my opinion of the brand because my opinion was already quite high.

Were you aware of the LowLow brand before this product test? If so, what comes to mind when you think about the LowLow brand?

Yes, I think I'd seen it on shelves before but not considered buying it. I like extra mature cheddar and thought that low fat cheese would not be flavourful enough for my taste.

Were you aware of the LowLow Snack Pack before this product test?

Yes

Which LowLow Snack Pack did you buy? (available in 3 flavours: Red Pepper & Onion Chutney, Sweet Tomato Relish, Caramelised Onion Chutney)

Red Pepper & Onion. I'd love to see a variety with a more spicey chutney.

When and where did you eat the LowLow Snack Pack?

At home, for a mid-morning snack

Was this in place of another snack you would normally eat at that time? If so, please tell us what

Yes, I normally have a snack during the morning when I'm at work (day off today!) I usually have breakfast biscuits or cereal bars as I can keep a box in my locker at work.
I can't see LowLow Snack Packs replacing this snack as I couldn't store them easily and they are also much more expensive than a biscuit.

How satisfied were you with the LowLow Snack Pack?

Really pleasantly surprised! I really enjoyed the cheese. It was milder than I'd usually eat but still very tasty. The toasts and chutney were also really nice and the portion size was about right for a snack.

How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk?

Prior to the test I found it unappealing but after trying it, it's definitely more appealing.

Would you recommend the LowLow Snack Pack to a friend?

Yes, if it came up in coversation.

Would you buy the LowLow Snack Pack at the price £1.50 if it was available in your usual store?

Not on a regular basis. I'd definitely buy again, especially if they were on special offer but £1.50 is a bit steep for a daily snack. I'd be more likely to buy them as a one off if I was shopping and needed a quick snack

If you were previously aware of the LowLow brand, has the LowLow Snack Pack changed the way you think about the brand?

Yes. It's not a product I would have bought prior to testing but I definitely would now. I'd consider buying the packets of cheese too.

Sort of. I don't normally have a snack at that time, but had the munchies. My child would usually have a snack then. so it replaced his snack.

I saw the product and thought it was a gimmick, and was prepeared to mbe underwhelmed. I loved it. Begrudgingly I shared it with my son, who only wanted to try a cracker, but was unimpressed he only got one.
I really liked it.

  • Were you aware of the LowLow brand before this product test? If so, what comes to mind when you think about the LowLow brand?

Yes, I knew of the LowLow ready meals, although I haven't tried them. I didn't know they did cheese as well.

  • Were you aware of the LowLow Snack Pack before this product test?

No

  • Which LowLow Snack Pack did you buy? (available in 3 flavours: Red Pepper & Onion Chutney, Sweet Tomato Relish, Caramelised Onion Chutney)

Caramelised onion chutney- the supermarket I bought them from had them on offer and this was the only flavour left.

  • When and where did you eat the LowLow Snack Pack?

At home in the afternoon.

  • Was this in place of another snack you would normally eat at that time? If so, please tell us what

Instead of biscuits

  • How satisfied were you with the LowLow Snack Pack?

I thought it was really tasty, the cheese was nice and flavourful but without being too strong. I was a bit peckish they were satisfying. If I was to have them as part of lunch they would need to be accompanying something else.

  • How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk?

Appealing- I am trying to lose weight so reduced fat is great and they were still tasty.

  • Would you recommend the LowLow Snack Pack to a friend?

Depending on what they were after, if I thought it was suitable, yes.

  • Would you buy the LowLow Snack Pack at the price £1.50 if it was available in your usual store?

I don't know, it was on offer for £1 in the supermarket today, and i would probably buy it at that price, but not sure about £1.50.

  • If you were previously aware of the LowLow brand, has the LowLow Snack Pack changed the way you think about the brand?

Yes in that I thought it was only ready meals and didn't know about the cheese, I will look out for it in the supermarket again.

Were you aware of the LowLow brand before this product test? If so, what comes to mind when you think about the LowLow brand?
I am aware of the Brand and have bought their cheese before.

  • Were you aware of the LowLow Snack Pack before this product test?
  • Which LowLow Snack Pack did you buy? (available in 3 flavours: Red Pepper & Onion Chutney, Sweet Tomato Relish, Caramelised Onion Chutney) I bought Caramelised Onion Chutney - it was yummy!
  • When and where did you eat the LowLow Snack Pack? In the carpark outside the supermarket - I hadn't had any tea and was really hungry.
  • Was this in place of another snack you would normally eat at that time? If so, please tell us what No, I would have usually just driven home and got my tea when I got home.
  • How satisfied were you with the LowLow Snack Pack? The flavour was lovely, I really enjoyed the chutney and it was filling, but half my crackers were smashed, the packet must have been dropped somewhere on route, and therefore I had cheese and chutney left to eat without the crackers at the end and a lot of cracker crumbs.
  • How appealing or unappealing do you find the idea of cheese made from semi skimmed milk? To be honest, I didn't pay that much attention to the cheese, the chutney was the selling point for me, it was a nice adult snack box.
  • Would you recommend the LowLow Snack Pack to a friend? Probably, but I would warn her that the crackers might be broken.
  • Would you buy the LowLow Snack Pack at the price £1.50 if it was available in your usual store? Not everyweek, as the calorie content is quite high, but if I had missed a meal it would make a nice stop gap until the next one.
  • If you were previously aware of the LowLow brand, has the LowLow Snack Pack changed the way you think about the brand? It hasn't changed the way at all.
