Again, apologies for belated thread starting. Was at work at stupid o'clock this morning and then straight into a meeting.

Anyway Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

and don't forget the Weight Tracker

I hope that things have been going well, and that this final week can see of another pesky pound or so.

Star for us all

Morning.

I'm 190 this morning.
That's 7lb lost since the start of bootcamp and 15lbs since Jan 1st.

I'm very happy with that.

Please can I ask someone to change it for me? Thanking you.

I am struggling a bit, i cant really get my head in the game - i havent really cheated just finding it hard, not drinking enough water, too many coffees etc. I had a D&V bug last week and a coldy thing now. Sick kids, students and hubby away. I need to regroup as i want to stick with this as it works.

So didnt weigh today but as soon as i am well i will be starting to up the exercise and focusing 100% on the woe.

Cant believe its week 10 already, thanks everyone for the support. Hope you all had good losses.

Morning all. Can't believe this is the last week. It's gone really quickly. I'm still weighing 12st 7lb. So that is a 6lb loss in the last week and 16lb since BC began. I'm really pleased with that.

I think i will carry on with BC for a while tho to try to get down to 12st.

Good luck everyone for the last week.

Wow! Last week and I made I through! I feel quite proud of myself. 16ibs down overall and though I am struggling to lose the last but I am still losing 1ib a week, while drinking wine and eating cheese, so all good.

I'm going to keep going, will start on flax crackers and bread I think and koko for a while

Hello hello there was a lb loss for me this week which I am very pleased about as this takes me to my lowest weight since my first pregnancy 10 years ago!! 160lbs. Whoop whoop. Head down now to see off the final week. Will be carrying on anyway (Easter eggs allowing) as would now have a new mid-term goal (6lb) and a long-term dream goal (13lb less). If I reach that I will have lost 4.5 stone from my heaviest ever and will be back at my slim healthy adult weight. This will probably be heavier still than those at most of my height because I am very muscular naturally and through years of various types of training and although that's good from a toned/weight bearing exercise- offsetting- potential- osteoporosis point of view it sees me heavier on the scales.
So I am feeling good.
Congratulations all

Morning Campers :)

Done Sass and well done everyone for slogging it out. Flowers For BIWI

1lb off for me which is fine as I had a massive bun for a fairly good week.

I need to sort out my cheese habit or i'm worried I will morph into a massive dairy creature.

LexLoofah · 23/03/2015 11:31

3lb off and in the 140s just at 149, v v v happy with that as probably what I weighed at uni, sure I was heavier than that when we got married and post babies was in the 170s

Determined not to go up again and keep on until the 120s if I can. Also thinking about exceecise will have to be quickly and at home, any one use resistance bands?

Big challenge this week as board meetings for 3 days and a dinner. Know it is sandwhices for lunch so will be taking my own, just need to ignore the pastries and biscuits. Think the dinner will be fine.

Have a great week 10 everyone

Well done all!

I am down again this week making a total 10.2 off this bc, and exactly 2st since starting bc last Sept. Yay Grin

I've been having flaxseed mixed in with yogurt for breakfast and my digestive system is very grateful, so thank you!

The low carb ice cream is a hit - it isn't absolutely perfect, there is a slightly fudgy texture due to the nut paste it contains, but it's makes a lovely treat at only 2g available carbs for 100ml for the strawberry one (carrot cake flavour is yummy but 4g carbs).

imustbepatient · 23/03/2015 12:58

I've bounced up by a pound again this week, which I'm so disappointed about as I've not strayed off the plan, although probably not enough water yesterday and it is TOTM.

Nonetheless, unless I have a MASSIVE visit from the whoosh fairy I will have only lost 4 or 5 pounds this BC, which seems a tad unfair given I have followed it so closely this time whereas I lost a lot more than that when I only half followed the last few weeks of the previous BC and then gained it back over Christmas

Oh well, I know I feel much better on this WOE so will just KOKO. I'm currently hoping deluding myself that my body is just really sensitive to carbs / insulin and that all my dieting over the years has meant it now takes my body longer to get into proper fat burning. Not sure what else it can be! I'm open to any suggestions from the rest of you!

Well done everyone else on your terrific losses. You inspire me to keep going at this.

Well done to all the good losses.
I'm at 11st 12 on my old scales which is an 8lb loss overall... Not great as the last 8weeks I've gained and lost the same 5lbs. But my hormones are all over the place and I've been struggling ( massive water retention- can't get rings off, period over a week late but neg preg test and hair falling out in swathed). So I'm KOKO a with a bit of fasting thrown in to see if I can get things moving again. See you all next bootcamp or maybe on an interim thread?

Report
Notso · 23/03/2015 15:03

I'm in the 12 stone bracket! Woo hoo, am 12 stone 13 pounds. According to my happy scale I've lost 26lb from the week before bootcamp started.

Flowers BIWI and Flowers for everyone else too. The support from this thread has been amazing. I hope there will be an interim thread as I don't know if I can go it alone. I tried last week due to dodgy internet and it's not the same!

Difficult Sunday lunch out with in-laws yesterday, involving a bit of poached pear, carbier veg and a lot of haranguing to eat pudding. I didn't but MIL made such a big deal out of it.

Brunch today was Brie and Bacon salad. Need to up my water, my intake is creeping down and tea is creeping back in.

Well done everyone for sticking with it. KOKO.

Big congratulations to everyone with fantastic results. I'm unfortunately ending on a bit of a low. I'm up two pounds from last week, but it must be all water weight as I haven't gone off plan as far as I know. We went out for a curry on Friday and they did a banquet with lots of different dishes, so I tried a bit of everything, but left most of the sauces and obviously didn't have poppadoms or naan. Like moo, my rings are tight and I'm due TOTM on Saturday or Sunday, depending on which fertility app I look at, so I imagine that's the culprit.

Overall, though, I am so pleased with my results. I've lost thirteen pounds if I go with my lowest weight, and much more if I add in my early BC start. Best of all, I'm overcoming my sweet addiction and I'm enjoying the food I'm eating. I intend to stay on track until my holiday and then get back on track when I return, so I will definitely see you all on the May thread.

Well done on the great losses. STS again but I was away this weekend and fell off the wagon. Also TOTM due so I am hoping next Monday will see a whoosh.

I'm happy as I've lost another lb., which is great considering I'd parked proper LCing, to one side while being away and it's also been my TOTM. Well done to all other losers too.

In total 13lbs off. Haven't been this weight in years Smile

What I'd like to know is, how many weeks before summer BC begins?

Hello all.

1.5 kg on over the last couple of weeks. There have been a few treats (a hot cross bun incident, that I am trying to forget - what was I thinking?), and wine creeping in. Have to remember that I have still have a net loss though.

I am going skiing on Saturday, and my salopettes just about do up, so long as I don't sit down. I need to be ultra strict this week. Probably need to knock the cream on the head.

Pisses well done on your run. That is a brilliant achievement, on top of your awesome loss.

MrsSteveJones sorry to hear about the diagnosis.

Hope everyone has a good week.

LexLoofah What recipe do you have for your paneer cheese? I have couple of blocks of it sitting in the fridge which I bought on impulse when I saw them on the cheap counter.

evening all, well done and commiserations.
Mrsstevejones - spot on, its the WOE Smile - thing that done more for me than anything else, well apart from you guys ...

I ran again today, ouch! - I think I'm an addict

lots of yogurt cream eggs and bacon and a whole heap of cauliflower on top of a 10pint day, serious danger of a wafer thin mint moment

Report
LexLoofah · 23/03/2015 20:52

thenightsky not made it before, going to cobble it together from a few recipes as seems there are varying schools of thought on if to cook the spinach first or not (which I think I will do then I chop it up) and whether to add yogurt and/or cream at the end (which I will do of course) plus each one seems to use different spices and some have green chilli and some do not (I won't as don't have any plus I want the kids to eat the leftovers tomorrow assuming it reheats OK). I shall let you know later .....

Just signing in really.

I will check out the spreadsheet and make updates tomorrow.

I also want to apologise that I have not been as active on this BC as on previous ones and that my spreadsheet updating has been shocking. I am very sorry for that and I endeavour to try harder for the May BC when (hopefully) I will have submitted my PhD thesis and started a new job.

I've also not done very well this BC with weight-loss and I think I am pretty much the same weight as I was when I started maybe a few lbs up. I just cannot seem to focus or get organised. I am hoping that this improves once I submit.

Anyway, well done to those of you who have lost weight Flowers You've done really well, onwards and downwards Grin
