Morning. Apologies for late start to this week's thread, but I'm off work poorly today, and had a bit of a lie-in.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

And don't forget the Weight Tracker

Good luck for this week

Aw BIWI!

Thanks for new thread... Back later when I have done some work!

lurkingmurking · 02/03/2015 10:36

Get well soon BIWI

Crap weekend has seen 2lb go back on - every single ounce of that was deserved!! Properly back on it today and am dairy free for as long as I can manage. I really want to end the bootcamp with a stone off.

Notso · 02/03/2015 10:41

Flowers Brew and [tissues] for you BIWI hope you get some rest today and start to feel better.
I've lost another pound so 23lb off the dress I bought a week before we started that wouldn't pull down past my boobs fits me.
DH is away until Thursday so I've done some damage limitation and bought crisps I don't like, and baked banana cakes that I also dislike.
Have plenty of lovely low carb meals planned. Pork Carnitas currently bubbling away.

KOKO everyone.

Fatstacks · 02/03/2015 10:47

Morning campers :)
Flowers get well soon BIWI and thanks for the thread.

Well done everyone for sticking it out.
0.5 off for me so starting today I'm getting my arse into gear.
Four weeks until Easter break and I need to get George (my belly is a dead ringer for him) into my jeans or I will be forced to wear bloody linen pants.

Have a good un Grin

ChesterDrawers · 02/03/2015 11:07

BIWI Flowers hope you feel better soon.

Stacks Grin at George!

0.4lb on for me today, but I did weigh after a cup of coffee so thinking it's probably an STS. AF due at the weekend so hoping it's down to bloat rather than my steak pie misdemeanour Blush Still, in the 10s though so pleased with that.

Yesterday:

B: Two boiled eggs mashed with butter
L: half a tub of olives, packet of pork scratchings
D: Roast chicken, roast broccoli, cauli and leek mash, slightly more successful green bean 'chips'

Today:

B: Eggs, butter
L: Roast chicken, salad, avocado, basil and olive oil dressing
D: spag bol, courgetti

Notagainmun · 02/03/2015 11:21

Lost 3.8 lbs this week and 13.4 since the start of this boot camp :)

this week I have been more careful over the amount of water I am drinking and I am walking 3 miles everyday. Seems to be paying off.

BeyondDoesBootcamp · 02/03/2015 11:34

1 more lb off for me on my lowest weight day :)

At 5lbs off, that means I'm 10% of the way through my WL goal

Just buggered up my HM mayo again. Tried to fix it and that didnt work either. So for a few days at least, i'm just gonna try to use the crappy oil/egg mix, til i try again.

Birdinacage · 02/03/2015 11:37

Morning everyone, after a week of dairy free meals (well 5 days as I allowed myself a little bit of dairy over the weekend to ease the misery) I am 3lbs down and have now broken into the 9st category, Grin yay. Another 5 days dairy free planned for this week as I have a goal of 4lbs off by the 17th March and if I meet that I will have lost 4 stone in a year by bootcamping!

Good luck for this week everybody, hope the whoosh fairy pays you all a visit.

trashcanjunkie · 02/03/2015 11:41

Morning all Grin

Poor BIWI! Sending love waves to aid your recovery.

Sts here, but trousers much looser so definitely feel shape change. I know it's dissappointing, but when I know I've stuck to plan, I don't fret. Seeing people's wobbly graphs really motivates.

Also last week I started exercising so there's a muscle possibility....

I'm about to try and cycle to work, which is actually only a ten minute drive but I'm properly scared! Google maps says its twenty five minutes, so we shall see how I go. Will report back later if I'm still breathing

Had tuna mayo salad for breakfast this morning, with cornichons in and other crunchy salad stuff.

mootime · 02/03/2015 11:50

Get well soon BIWI.
Some inspirational losses here today which I need to see. My weight seems to bounce about so I'm going to start to weigh daily to get a better idea.

I blame the scales though as some days I can gain and loose lbs in minutes!! ( and they are 1 year old salter ones)

This week I'm 4lbs up, but I have been RUBBISH with my water. As such my focus is on water and excersizing this week. If needs be I'll go dairy free again next week. It's just that I'm loving the cream cheese and butter after a totally dairy free 15 months feeding DS.

CharlieSierra · 02/03/2015 12:07

Morning all, haven't weighed today as I am ill in bed, but haven't had a perfect week so not expecting a loss tbh. Flowers to all fellow lurgy sufferers, it's horrible.

Romeyroo · 02/03/2015 12:16

Thanks for the new thread Biwi, hope you feel better soon.

Well done to everyone who has lostSmile

STS here, so at least the random 3lb I had yesterday has disappeared. I am happy with STS at the moment as am experimenting with different things to try and make this WOE work for the DC as well, so I am not cooking separately. Amazingly, picky DD ate the flaxseed pastry quiche last night, which I class as a result. She ate some and then asked suspiciously what I had done to the pastry, she then pronounced it nice and had seconds Shock

So taking a slightly longer view at the moment which is about making the WOE work for my family, whilst STS. Still would like to lose about 4lbs by end of BC but will see.

Mrsstevejones · 02/03/2015 12:17

Get well soon BIWI - head back to bed with a good book and a hot drink.

BIRDINACAGE - Thats amazing 4st is loads - thats my goal for the year so its encouraging to hear you are so close. Well done you.

MRSK - your back sounds terrible, the weightloss can only help but everyday life must be hard, i am sending massive sympathies as a sufferer also bad backs are bastards. Lol at munching pepperonis in the loo, you have a secret pepperoni habit!

2lb off which is more than i deserve after burgergate, i would imagine it will catch up with me later in the week. However i am still 3lbs up from my blip on the scales where i had magically lost 5lbs over night - sigh.

This morning had a BPC for breakfast, just back from gym and had a green smoothie and another BPC. Dinner tonight will be breast of lamb with green bean chips and something. Did an evil LBTs class and had a brief swim - i am gonna feel this tom but will def do a bit of exercise in the morning as it helped last time, so thanks whoever recommended it.

BIWI · 02/03/2015 12:21

Sorry to hear you're ill too, Charlie.

It's 'only' a cold that I have, but it's been a truly horrible one. I haven't felt this poorly for a very long time.

OP posts:
Pleaseandthankyou · 02/03/2015 12:46

BIRDINACAGE That is a fantastic loss. To keep the discipline to lose four stone in a year is a real achievement. I am bouncing up and down here, four pounds off, four pounds on etc . I only want to lose another 7lbs or so but I just don't seem to be able to. At least it isn't 4off 5 on. I'm at the bottom of my bounce which is unusual for a Monday so maybe I will lose a little this week. I will update the spreadsheet tomorrow. In the meantime I will be thinking of you when I am tempted. Hope you feel better soon BIWI. I am just starting to get a cold, first of the winter. I hope it is a mild one and I haven't picked yours up !

sassandfaff · 02/03/2015 12:47

Afternoon.

192lbs for me, if someone can be so kind?

Didn't post this morning due to a nanny nap.

T25 this morning at 6am! Must be crackers. God job it was only 25mins. I still couldn't do it completely.

Grin at glares at whoosh fairy.

sassandfaff · 02/03/2015 12:47

Forgot to say get well soon biwi

BIWI · 02/03/2015 12:54

thanks sass. But what's T25?!

OP posts:
imustbepatient · 02/03/2015 13:02

BIWI hope you are feeling better soon, I've been struggling with a cold over the weekend too but fortunately seem to be through the worst now.

Birdinacage you are my inspiration! I need to lose four stone this year too so it's great to remind myself it is possible!

I am choosing to ignore what my evil scales said this morning and will re-weigh tomorrow, as I'm pretty sure it is not right! It had better not be anyway

I know I don't get quite as much water in over the weekends as I manage during the week, but I still get to around 3 litres a day.

Anyhoo, today I am downing water like I've been trapped in a sauna for a week. I'm also going to stay dairy free for another week and hope that the whoosh fairy is on her way with a big bunch of flowers by way of apology for getting lost

Well done to everyone, both losers and KOKO'ers.

Amaxapax · 02/03/2015 13:24

I've lost three pounds this week, which is amazing because I had wine and champagne and it's TOTM. I I made it through a celebratory weekend without any cake, dairy, chocolate, etc. We were eating out quite a lot so I had some slightly carbier veg, but overall I am really pleased with how I handled it.

Five weeks until my holiday and I am very nearly back into my holiday shorts!

BIWI · 02/03/2015 13:26

See! Told you it would happen for you!!!
