Former head of Danish military intelligence says it's catastrophic for the Russians who are losing around 500 soldiers a day in Ukraine. He says the new moblisation won't timprove the situation and will just mean that number increases.

Ramzan Kadyrov has announced that the time has come for him to send his sons aged 14, 15 and 16 to the war.
Still I daresay they will at least have equipment and know how to fire a gun.

Thanks for new thread!

2 new mobs (mobilised, is there a shorter word?) died in one of the stationed places in Russia. One looks like alcohol poisoning, the other a suicide (quite possible alcohol was involved there as well). A third person was sent home where they later died of liver cirrhosis...

Many videos out there of drunken soldiers.

Following on from the old thread, we see plenty of video of Ukrainian soldiers treating dogs and cats well, and we read stories about Russian soldiers eating them because they have run out of rations. (But luckily no video of that.)

That may be a reflection of national attitudes and/or behaviour but certainly the information management so far in this conflict has been very impressive.
