Pidj, you put the number you have been given on the parcel you send. THEN they can quote the number when they receive the parcel. You don't put it on here, just watch and wait

Because of the strike I had to take DD aged 5 shopping with me today. I explained that we were buying a present for someone we didn't know and (foolishly?) let her choose a present for a little girl so am hoping she has chosen well
