I had no idea that tea, coffee ans chocolate count. Or that different colour of same fruit or veg count...
I have been trying to ensure we meet this for at least a year now. I haven't lost weight but I do feel that our digestive systems all seem to work wel and none of us are bloated.

Also flour, white bread, sourdough bread, white pasta, paella rice. But I think I remember reading that processed grains like this don't count? So wholewheat bread or pasta would be fine but not the white ones that I am trying to wean us off? Sourdough maybe does? Not sure.
Do vinegars count? Have used balsamic and red wine vinegar. Also olive oil
In the fridge/cupboard that I expect to use between now and Sunday are rocket, lettuce, butternut, avocado, baby corn, sweetcorn.
