My school hating DS (who has refused to do his homework) has started the day with a very pathetic sounding cough

Italy closed schools in different parts of the country at different times. We're in Veneto, not in one of the towns locked down from the very start.

W/c the 24/2 many were shut for a few days for carnevale and the closure extended for the whole week.

They then announced another week.

And then a fortnight which has been extended until 3/4.

Can I get prepper recommendations for foodwarehouse please? The big Iceland.

I have £80 and one freezer free after some rejigging (yes I have been up since 4am).

Morning all. Thanks for starting the new thread, I was up at 3am with the youngest and couldn't find it! I do wonder who in government will need to self isolate now given nadine probably met all of them this week.

I've only ever been in one of those food warehouses once, Sharpie so I guess it would come down to what you like / usually eat. If you're a meat eater, focus on your favourite (ie chicken) Take anything out of boxes, plastic cartons and put into freezer bags to save space. Bacon slots into small spaces nicely.
I know they sell massive boxes of soap powder so may be worth getting one of those.

This prepping for a pandemic pack was posted one one of the previous threads, I thought I’d post for this thread as there’s more people joining the threads. I had a quick scan through the last couple of thread to find a list that’s been posted a few times but couldn’t find it. The pack seems a bit end of days in some parts buts it’s got some useful ideas.

Put it this way, if his class trip today hadn't been cancelled, he wouldn't be coughing and waving his hands at his sister [sigh]

Dh is driving me mad, wfh for the last few days but as he’s now only coughing “a bit” he’s going back in, despite someone in the office having recently returned from Northern Italy and also having been a few days outside the recommendations to isolate regardless. Guess who’s sleeping in the shed tonight 😂
