Seems there a few Manchester MNers who would like a meet up.
I know the SHineys are having one but feels wrong to gate crash if we haven;t posted!!
I am not volunteering to organise one, just starting a thread so other people can
I am far to lazy and likely to change my mind to do that!!
Lol I would like to have a meet up too but dont want to gate crash Shineys either. Would be quite willing to organise if there are enough people interested.

any oldies welcome
......er well,not that old
I'll certainly help organise one, as long as I'm not in charge of making decisions because I'm rubbish at that sort of malarkey.
I'll put a post in the Manchester topic as well (unless someone else has already).

I would be interested but in something low key
Seems too full-on for me to have weekend evening or summat like that
I was hoping more for a weekday at the Trafford Centre or something, just to have a coffee/lunch or something so not too much pressure to "have a good time"
then no pressure to let it drop or extend to something more organised if people get on like a house on fire...
Trafford centre would be good for me too, I agree somewhere like that would be a bit less intense and if you didnt get on you still can go and have a nice day.
Agreed. Also, it's not too difficult to get to.
Oh oh oh, can I come??
I'm not Manchester based but Trafford Centre and weekday lunchtime both work well for me.

Trafford Centre Not Good for me. It's a 'mare to on public transport ( i don't drive)
It is do-able though.
What about the Arndale then? similar shops, same foodie type places, just usually a bit more manic though.

I'd be up for it.
Trafford centre isn't good on public transport but maybe we could give lifts? I'd have 3 spaces available.
They've got that soft play thingy too at the Trafford Centre. Don't mind the arndale either though.
MOM I am coming in on public transport too from Blackpool way as might just combine it with a visit to my mum lol
Can I just add, I probably wont have any dc in tow as my dd is a bit older, is that still okay?

We get the train to Blackpool a couple of times a year, the DCs LOVE it!
Can I come? Can do bus to Trafford Centre, or train to Manchester. At a push, I could do head over heels in Chorlton or Land of Play (in Trafford Park, behind B&Q)

mine would be at school, but don't mind coochy-cooing at others
lol we shall just sit in the corner with our zimmers then, on second thoughts maybe I should bring dd, she would have a field day playing with all the babies and toddlers and you would all have a meal and drink in peace
she is very much in the motherly stage at the moment.
