Well huntthepigsear can attest that I have not been the model BCer... Started late (last Thursday) and am already down 5lbs today! Was about the same yesterday so I hope that's a good sign it might stay off. I am now about a pound off my first goal (having a healthy BMI).
Breakfast today was low carb sausages (2) and one scrambled egg with splash of whole milk plus tea with splash of whole milk.
Snacking now on decaf coffee with double cream and coconut oil (never had both in coffee before and it is yummy)
Lunch will be something out - bit scared about eating out today but it's an Italian restaurant so hope they have some low carb salads. Might grill the waiter like one of 'those' people 
Tea will be salmon with parsley butter and celeriac mash.
This week I am going to try to eat more fat, less dairy, more fish and less meat (cos I get the guilt about meat - I know it's not the best plan weight-loss-wise).
