memoo I don't know you but I remember your thread from about a month ago - you had a blip then too, but remember how happy you were when you were just sitting with your DD watching CBeebies and feeling happy. Memoo, chat with us Memoo.... You have friends here. You know we'll do hand holding if you need it. We break the rule and do big hugs. We do encouraging to get the help you need. You've had downs but you've had a lot of ups as well.
