Early Symptons, how early?

Just wondered whats the earlist anyone got thier pregnancy symptons.
Is it possible to get them even before your period is late as in the sickness and tiredness. If you did get them so early was it twins?
I know some people say they just knew on conception, but how did you know?

Odd transient moments of sickness and very sore boobs from about week after conception - maybe earlier. Not twins, I hope.

Felt sick in a morning sickness type way (exactly the same as it was with DS) 12 DPO which is why I took the test (it was positive! ).

i got that funny metallic taste in the mouth that i knew from ist time around. i got it within weeks.

I went of coffee immediately with dd,(now aged three). Infact it was that that made me KNOW

I was utterly wiped with dd1, not sure with dd2 since already had a small child to wear me out!

I felt sick very early - it was this that made me realise I was pregnant and that was before I skipped a period.

DS1 - sore boobs
DS2 - bought and ate a pork pie (hadn't eaten meat since pg with DS1)

Lots of weird dreams about expecting a baby and headaches/sore boobs - I think I had a gut feeling a week before my period was due. (even woke DP up one night talking in my sleep about how he was going to be a great dad! wasn't funny at the time, we'd only been going out a couple of months!)

Felt sick in the a.m. - 'gut' feeling?! - about a week before period was due. Wasn't twins tho!

I went off coffee! Didn't realise at time, but it was when I rung and told my mum the day after I took my test, I told her I'd gone off it and she siad that that was a classic symptom!! None other that I can remember, other than spending time researching maternity leave without really knowing why...! Now I do!!

1 week post ovulation.
Turned into an emotional basketcase -- snarling foul tempered... I just knew something had happened to my body one day. I reckoned embryo implanted that day. 10 days before AF was due. I even worked out a pretend date for LMP and 40 week EDD from the pretend LMP, based on pretend LMP being 3 weeks before the day I reckon it implanted/I turned emotional. My real LMP/cycle would have suggested a later EDD. The EDD I figured out from pretend LMP agreed with the 12 week scan EDD exactly, too.

I didn't have any signs at all with previous 2 pregnancies until 5-6 weeks, though.

I think I "knew" night of conception or at least about 3 days after. Don't ask to explain it we had been trying for 9 months and I had been through the ovulation kits, having sex every 2 days for a week but nothing. To be crude had school night quickie and just knew. Had no symptoms and knew before I did the test what the answer was. Had no sickness, going of food or anything.

Yes about 3 days after at the most I just had a different feeling. My sense of smell changed after about 5 days and my boobs were already sore by about 6-7 days. This was with number 2. I didn;t ahve a clure with number 1!!!

I can't remember when I got my symptoms but I don't think it was any earlier with my twins than it was with my singleton (much worse with the twins though !) - hope that makes you feel better

This time, I knew after about 1 week. Itchy boobs were my giveaway sign .... nausea followed about 1 week after that!!

About 3/4 days after I had to go for a wee constantly - only lasted for a day but weird. Then had a day when I felt really hot, dizzy and sick - was about 5 days before period due but just "knew" so did a test - positive!

With dd , I went off coffee 2 days after conception.

This time with twins, I just had the foulest temper, and very emotional, didn't think I was pregnant though! Tested positive 5 days before af was due, and felt sick from day af was due. (now 12 weeks!)

Oh and cleaned out the fridge, and all the toyboxes etc. before testing this time.

I had no symptoms at all before testing positive the twice I have been pregnant. I've imagined loads when I've not been pregnant, though.

With DD - heavy/sore boobs at 6 weeks

With this pg - before period due, tiredness and needing to wee frequently (no twins though!)

From what I can remember: with dd, suffered from pityriasis rosea (can occur very early on in preg) after probably a week, v sore boobs, utter fatigue, nausea - all within the first 6 weeks.

With ds, brown nipples!! within a couple of weeks, nausea & sore boobs after about 6 weeks, no extreme tiredness.
