I have just ordered my first batch of ovulation sticks hope the come before i ovulate!!!! But im sure if i have another 58day cycle ill get them in time!!!!

Hello all - I guess we're all in the hanging around waiting to swi phase at the mo.

I'm with you there crazy. My ds (2y 9m) just moved into the big bedroom, moved from the toddler room at nursery up to pre-school and has just properly got the hang of potty training all in the space of a week. He keeps telling me he's a big boy now and I'm so proud to see him blossoming - he's so entertaining and independent but it doesn't half make me feel broody again...

Anyway, this just means I'm even more determined to make a concerted effort this month so tomorrow sees the start of operation "June Kitten". I have informed dh that his services will be required every other day up until on opk, then daily for that day, the day after and the day after that for good measure!

Have to say I find the opk's invaluable as my cycle is all over the place since ds - fingers crossed they do the trick for you this month crazy - at least if you do have another long cycle you'll know when you ov'd.

Anyway, I'm currently being attacked by a daddy bracchiosaurus (apparantly.) I never knew their favoured form of attack was clinging to their victims legs but the roar seems quite authentic. Must go and call David Attenborough immediately...

My OPK's have come up with nothing this month but I had ovulation pain yesterday and temp has started to rise today. Good job we did the deed the last couple of nights. Think we'll SWI tonight, just to make sure.

Hi all

I'm new to all this TTC malarky but would love to join you all on the minibus if there's room (you might need to upgrade it to a full size one though).

I am TTC%231 and have been SWI the last few nights. Wow it gets a bit boring doesn't it! AF should be due on 21st sept although my last one was odd with a light couple of days, a couple of days with nothing and then 3 more days full force. That's never happen before - it's like my body knew I was going to be TTC and was being naughty.

Anyway my stats are;

whysoserious (30) TTC%231 AF due 21st September

(I think that means it would be a late May baby though doesn't it? I'm a virgin to all this. Not literally a virgin, I'm doing something right I know that )

Hi astroness. I'm going to try and wait until the weekend to POAS. that's in the unlikely event that AF doesn't arrive before then. Ooh it's very exciting!

I haven't used any ovulations sticks, checked temps or anything like that. I have an app on my phone though that told me that I ovulated yesterday so have just been SWI everyday for the last week and will continue to do so for the next couple of days. Looking forward to some time off though.

I'm not expecting to get lucky this month though as it's only the first month. And I know relatively little about my cycle so could be that I ov at weird times and have completely missed it. Also I suspect I have a tilted uterus after many a painful and embarrassing smear test - not sure if that effects conception though...

Since removing the brachiosaurus from my leg this morning, I have spent the entire day cleaning and I am knackered! It's lovely to be sitting in a nice clean tidy house though (and yes, I am ashamed to say this is an unusual event in the MyCat household). I also went to my slimming world group earlier and I've lost 2.5 lbs this week too so I'm now feeling pretty pleased with myself all round

Anyone else feel like they've achieved something good this week?
