am with you pretty
will continue to be a lurky lurkster butting me 'ore in from time to time!
Just hopping over to the shiny new thread - let's hope it's a lucky one for all of us!
Btw pv - following on from previous thread, sorry about BFN, but hopefully it's just a case of your cycle being (annoyingly) longer and it being too early to get a result yet. Have always found going off certain drinks, food etc to be a good sign. fx
Why do I never get to start a thread?!?!?!?
I've been on here for long enough now...
Fanks Izzy shirley it's too early to be feeling icky though ,speshully as dippy BFN appeared rather quickly.
I think it's a stomach bug that's making me sick.
Don't feel crampy or PMTish just utter crud!
8'S you stick your 'ore in whenever you like sweets.
wave
I just want to have a rant...
have had mild mild mild stomach cramps for about a week and a half, zits like you wouldn't believe, sore boobs and also felt sick at every meal today . Life is so UNFAIR!
Mrs PV I'm liking your cunning plan of starting this thread too - SURELY this means updiffage
Nice work
I had a sore throat earlier and wondered if that might be A Symptom.
Turns out it is a Symptom of Having a Sodding Cold. Arsecrackers. And the in-laws are turning up with their manky old dog tomorrow.
Dachs wtf is your boss like? Honestly. Madwoman. Put some prawns in her filing cabinet, that'll teach her to spout gibberish at you.
Hairy you can join me in the moody corner.
fraid I'm not the best company, I'm just making "uuuuuuuurrrrrr" noises.
Blardy hell, we need a perk up!
Who wants to do a list?
Viv?
Wanna move yet? x
I do hope so Owl I've been at this for a while on and off, with added super shite randomly thrown in, my history ain't pretty.
Luuuuuuuuuurk
ah owl thought my day was bad. the inlaws and a manky old dog
Hello just marking my place on the shiny new thread, thanks for sorting Mrs PV! Mrs Owl, start chucking vit C tabs down your throat like it's going out of fashion, seems to work a treat so far (although I have clearly jinxed myself and am clearly going to land the minging cold that's going round now!!)
Here's my attempt at messing up the first list of this brand new thread.... Viv I've made you a graduate, hope you don't mind.

Big squeeze and more wine/chocs/haribo for Jolls So sorry to hear your news <shuffles up on wttc sofa, offers shoulder and pours another glass>
I had my ERPC last tues. All went well -a local anaesthetic in the end (not recommended!) and DH arrived at hospital mid-procedure, just in time for full frontal view of speculum/ tubes/ fanjo etc- this is for the man who saw just a little bit more than he would've bargained for during birth of DD1 eighteen months ago. He made full use of the recovery suite afterwards and has requested an amnesty on all discussions of a gynaelogical nature for at least a month!
The consultant said he could see my ovaries already showing an egg on the ultrasound so he anticipated that AF wouldn't take to long to arrive. I bled (brown tissuey stuff) for a day or two afterwards and now have bright red, slightly heavier stuff. WTF is that?? It's a month since MC but as I've had ERPC in between I'm guessing it can't be AF? Guess I won't know unless I see signs of ov in couple of weeks?!
In meantime I'm obsessivelytempingandgettingtogrips--w ithffwebsite-- sitting and waiting patiently.
Hi to everyone else
Hey...lovely new thread, very shiney
what a lot of chat. I still reckon we've got a slew of BFPs coming up. <<eternal optimist>>
So - again, briefly, as I've still got work to do - my news is AF has arrived. Wasn't expecting it, had no cramping or warning, she just turned up this morning. Fortunately before I left for work.
Which means I get to leap, like a gazelle, lightly and with joy and hope in my heart, off the WTTC list and into the big ol' TTC list. <<wibble>>
Oh and caribou, nothing like a bit of SWI-roulette to while away the days. I've got my fingers crossed you are waiting for long time for that AF

Hi girls,
Fingers x this will be a lucky new thread for us all and the no. of graduates will grow constantly.
(are there limits on the posts in a thread, or is there a rule in making a new one?? - sorry still new to this. same goes for who´s responsible to make new lists and how often. Please just give me a nudge if I should be more "active")
As I never really "tried" to get pg and looked at the days before, Im wondering if its too late past day 15.... I never tried temp. testing or ov tests yet. We´re flying to London for the weekend so hopefully some SWI.
Izzy - you´ve got a similar cycle to me. Any ideas? I just noticed coz youre directly under me on the list.
Oooh anyway. Im gonna head off to bed. Had a nice sofa evening watching mistresses, eastenders and surfing.
DH now fast asleep in bed. think he´s a tad worn out from my pestering him the past week. LOL
goodnight everybody x
Hi girls, just quickly checking in!
So tired and bloomin busy, not had time to catch up but hope you're all well my lovelies!
<a rather weak and pathetic wave to all>
Hurray LadyBee, great news about AF. Sorry to lose you from the wttc sofa but hoping to join you on the big board soon!
Hi All
,
Have you got room for one more? I see a lot of names on here I recognise, thanks to those who offered such great advice and support to me over the last 5 months.
'fraid I'm struggling to understand the lists too. What does WTTC mean?
xxxxx
OOh shiny thread
Morning all
MummyAbroad it's Waiting to Try To Conceive.... that horrible limbo inbetween MC and proper AF or allowing cycles to pass without trying for whatever reason...
Help me out here ladies (mememe sorry
...
So yesterday, I cautiously get a line from FMU. Very, very faint. It's 13dpo, but the line is more akin to what I got the last 2 times at 8-9dpo, so although I was gobsmacked, amazed, pleased and excited I was also immediately cautious as it just didn't look quite right. 6 hours later I got some bleeding and as you know assumed that was that and was just grateful for very short CP.
Still not bleeding properly though. Getting brown spotting (usual pre-AF sign for me). Did another e-bay cheapie this morning as AF had not arrived overnight as expected. It's pretty hard to tell the difference between really faint and really, really faint, but if possible I would say this morning's line is a smidgey bit darker less faint? I should probably wait till Sunday to test again now, as at the very outside I would say AF is due tomorrow, so no AF by Sun AM = late (chances of waiting till then
?)
Am however cacking it that this is blighted ovum or similar and my velcro uterus is refusing to let it go
The only sign I had about the MMC was a single wipes' worth of brown spotting, and velcro womb then clung on to dead baby for nearly 3 weeks with no further signs of MC before ERPC. It's this that frets me most - I don't want to be stuck carting around a pg that has failed for any longer than necessary, for emotional fallout and for time-wasting reasons
But with everything over the last 24 hours, am now near-convinced the bleeding was the pg failing but now my body is clinging on to it once more.... Don't think there's a lot I can do though, is there? Apart from try and chill out and get to Tue and see what happens between now and then, then call MW if still no AF to badger for 6 week scan...
Morning all. Am posting ridiculously early as DH left early and woke me up but children unexpectedly having a lie-in, so am lazily surfing while I wait for them to surface.
loopy - sorry you're having to play the waiting game, it's not fun is it?
If the line looks darker, that's really good. I would say try and hold out till Sunday to test so you're more likely to see a difference, but not sure I would have the patience myself.
I'm sure you know that a bit of bleeding isn't necessarily a problem and is in fact quite common early on - I had some in all 3 of my pregnancies I think and it was never an indication of a problem (when I mmc'd DC3 it was much later and with no bleeding whatsoever). But then also I know that won't stop you fearing the worst. Best thing, like you say, is to badger for 6 week scan and just try your best not to stress about it. Fingers crossed for you over the weekend x
choccybick - if your cycle's anything like mine, then no, it's not too late
I've been using a CBFM this month and have got 2 bars (high fertility) on days 13, 14 and 15 (today) but not gone up to "peak" ie ovulation yet - am hoping for that tomorrow. So get plenty of SWI in this weekend!
mummyabroad sorry you're here, but welcome, they're a great bunch here and you'll get lots of support.
Hello all, I am enjoying this daily routine of whiling away my train journeys chatting to you lovely ladies! loopy sorry you're having a stressful time, 6 week scan sounds like the way forward I think. Also maybe worth getting digital test to check weeks since conception are still going up?
dachs your boss is so harsh
it sounds like she's trying to be sympathic but clearly struggles with how to express it. Try not to take it to heart if you can, much easier said than done I know!!
I'm off to see the White witch reflexologist tonight so really looking forward to that.
Big wave to you all, and I hope you all have a nice easy day whatever you're ip to
