This week I've been thinking about how my son plays and how this might develop as he gets older:

A different kind of Sunday lunch

What to cook when you're feeling rough and only have 30 minutes!

I've just posted my version of Mary Berry's Devonshire Apple Cake. T'was funny but it was a MN recipe that inspired this post, even though my actual recipe source was the cookbook in the end.

Soooo good!!!

My 5,000th view snuck by me yesterday!

Lifeofanexpatparent Sun 20-Nov-11 21:43:45

DillyTante, I need some advice! I am useless when it comes to making things, but am attempting to do some for the nursery. Any suggestions about how I can discreetly attach pieces of felt that are different colours? I think trying to stitch it would be a nightmare. Any suggestions would be SO appreciated!

I am struggling today and needed to emotionally vomit. Hopefully, it's now out of my system and I can get on with the week.

DillyTante Sun 20-Nov-11 22:13:27

Attach in what way Expat? Do have an example link of what you are trying to make?

DillyTante Sun 20-Nov-11 22:14:59

StitchThis would be a better candidate for sewing help, though I'll try.

Today I wrote about how to survive when you feel trapped by breastfeeding or attachment parenting, as inspired by a thread on Mumsnet and flipping Nicolas Sarkozy!

FB great post have commented.

My rant today is about baby food

And what a freaking rip off it appears to be.

Good morning. Today's entry in the continuing saga of dealing with cancer and the effects of treatment is here.

Hope everyone is well.

SallyDon Mon 21-Nov-11 11:31:18

Am going to catch up on your posts now, loving the ranty ones.

Here's mine on how the world looks when you are wearing Adoption Glasses. They are similar to variations like Infertility Glasses and Special Needs Glasses.

Warning: I expect it will be offensive to some. Oh well.

Hi, posted my latest post on my blog last night: bishopstonmum.blogspot.com

SallyDon Mon 21-Nov-11 11:40:11

Read your emotional vomit, hope the postie comes soon!

MmeLindor Mon 21-Nov-11 11:42:15

Gosh, we are all a bit ranty today.

I have done TWO posts. One I started yesterday and didn't get finished in time about The British in Europe and one today about the Governments Housing Strategy idiots

I seem to be ranting against David Cameron a lot at the moment. Must do a fluffy post to make up for it.

PetiteRaleuse Mon 21-Nov-11 11:44:14

Good posts MmeL. Will be joining you in ranting about the housing reforms later on today - the good thing about Cameron is he does give us masses amount of blog material ;)

PetiteRaleuse Mon 21-Nov-11 11:49:59

MmeL I'm having trouble commenting on your blog. That's twice in a row...

MmeLindor Mon 21-Nov-11 12:09:24

Will have a look, maybe you are stuck in the spam folder.
