My maiden name. Kind of regret changing it sometimes - no reflection in my husband I hasten to add!

I know someone who has the surname Human. I always wonder who they are trying to convince, but guess it is useful in case you forget.

Austen or Eyre. Either would go with my first name and entertain me every time I said it.

I met a Mrs Ferrari last week, and she lived up to the name, really glam and sexy. I'd quite like to be a Mrs Ferrari.

There was a guy at my college who had this surname and I always thought it was cool. And goes brilliantly with my first name smile

My surname is Christmas....in December I would happily swap it, for anything!!

Nannawifeofbaldr Fri 17-Jun-16 19:48:27

When I was a little girl I always loved the name Carmichael (no idea why).

It wouldn't go with my first name though so I'd need to change it too...smile

Aaaaaaaaa.
I want to be at the top of the phone book.

I always meant to change mine after I divorced but all the ones I liked sounded too pretentious or people pointed out problems with them. I liked Blackthorn, then someone pointed out that it made them think of the cider!
I know someone called Lovegrove which is kinda cool. One of my ancestors surnames was Delicate, which I also liked but I feel too clumsy to adopt.

My mums doctors surgery has a Dr Cockshot which is fantastic. There's also a doctor at another surgery called Dr Knobloch.

Pahaha.

Cholmondley-Warner - I like the way it rolls off the tongue and it's not quite absurd enough to stretch credibility. Unlike Thighthumper-Leakebutt or (courtesy of Blackadder) Strangely-Brown grin

Peverell. It's fun to say and there's always the Walter Scott connotation.

Or

Macateer. I've always liked that name since I found out it means "son of a nun"!
