My 5 month old is just...too much. He's becoming worryingly cute. I am DANGEROUSLY close to full on chowing down on one of his chubby lil' ham hock legs. Sprinkling a bit of seasoning on there, perhaps adding a thyme garnish and having a good old nosh. Anyone else ever feel the same?

Trust me, I also try to gnaw on my (slightly chubby but in a cute way) 15 month old son's turkey drummers all the time too...perhaps I am a cannibal...worrying...

I used to lick mine. I simply could not stop myself from licking their tiny newborn foreheads. I think it's an animal thing. All mammals wash their young, dont they?

My baby keeps trying to eat me. She loves biting my nose. Giggles delightedly when she succeeds. The other day I was having a siesta and baby assessed whether I was asleep or not by biting my nose. What a lovely way to be woken.

I frequently kiss and playfully eat my 15 month old ds's toes. So, so cute :) nothing more scrummy than baby toes. When he was born I remember being so excited to peel back his little towel and look at his pink babby toes!

I'm like this too. In fact I'd still eat my ds2's peachy cheeks and love sniffing the back of his neck. Ditto ds3, and dd (9 weeks). It's worn off a bit with ds1 who is 6 though I still adore him from top to toe!

YADNBU my youngest dd is 19 month's and I love the smell of her, she's absolutely adorable with her big sky blue saucers for eyes and blonde hair.

I often get the urge to squeeze her so hard I don't by the way but it's rather overwhelming at times.

I want to eat my kids too. Like EnidClowes my daughter used to say "No Mummy, you NOT eat me. I are NOT alicious!" (delicious). Now that she's 3 I still tell her I will have her toes for my tea. I think she half believes me...

I had a friend who genuinely wanted to eat her baby. She used to think about wrapping him in foil and baking him in the oven. By the time she had it with her second child, it happened again and she started to suspect it was a symptom of PND (has anyone heard of that before, out of interest?).
She didnt eat them though.

I get the urge to sink my teeth into my kids, they are just SO soft and cute and it makes me want to bite them really hard.

I have to really stop myself biting right down.
And they smell divine too.

My 5 month old DS has been a little chunkster since he was about 4 weeks old. I love having a gnaw of his chubby cheeks and a good squidge of his chunky thighs with their many creases!

I usually love chowing down on my 6 week old dd2 but she has just stopped screaming puking and ffarting at the same time. The screaming looks set to start up again soon.

Ds at 22 months and non pukey is delicious though!

ImTooHecsy I licked my son's head after he was born too, he was ventouse delivery and had a cone head, I had this urge to lick it back into shape, very primal animal!!
