My amazing auggies ladies 💖 - another thread and heading for 6mths in !!!

Be proud of us all.

We conquered our first Christmas and many of us sts or lost. Which is a first.

Those who gained it was 1-2lbs (minus the lady who ate her family and gained 18lbs) 😂😂 and the gain has come off

So to a new 2025 - some are getting near their goal and thinking about maintenance

Some still have a way to go to get to their happy weight

Some are on the highest dose of 15

Some are 5 and below

I have priced dresses around £5 jeans around £4-5 for high street type items. Then I've had a few higher priced items like scamp and dude and a Barbour coat and few other bits that I've sold for more. The way I thought about it is better to get something for stuff than nothing as keeping it won't help me as I will not fit in it again (my mantra!) whack it on, people will always try to knock you down anyway and then you can accept or decline. I've done both depending on how much I feel they're taking the piss 😂

I know @NippyNinjaCrab I'm pleased. Luckily I have loads of be lockers near me so I pick that as the only shipping option to make it pretty easy so it makes selling more worthwhile as you don't get much for everything but it adds up!

I’ve been plodding away with my running 🏃🏻‍♀️ scales are showing a good loss so far this week (I weigh most days but only track Sat). Definitely hungrier now but typically burning 3-400 cals per run so that’s why!
