Okay, have just checked Incahoot PLUS out now and can report on the following (if I encounter any further problems with using any of the deals, will add further comments to this thread) :

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

Quite easy. Not hard to understand what it was about.

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

I think it would be nice if help and explanation on how to use the offers were given under each shop listing as I found I had to click on the specific Help/FAQ pages to get the information, so it required quite a few clicks for me to find out more about how to use the deals.

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?

The website itself seems quite cluttered. There are lots of deals but I think maybe alphabetically-listing the shops would have made navigating easier - I didn't like turning the pages to see offers from A-Z and stopped after about page 3. I could be enticed into an offer or two if I found the browsing easier I suppose, but I just didn't like the idea of trawling through page after page.

I did resort to using the search function to see if the shops I normally buy from have any listings there but they didn't and if they did, the offers were either unusable (because they were for first time customers only) or the discount wasn't enough to make me want to bother with it.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?

I liked the variety of shops on offer. I am not fond of the way the website is organised. I wish there were more deals from the supermarkets other than only deals for first-time customers for online grocery shopping. I also wish there were more bookshop deals other than just from CDWOW. An Amazon partnership would be nice smile Oh, and not enough high street shop partnerships either... I did not see some of my favourite shops there.

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?

I did print out some vouchers to use for my London trip with DDs soon. The deals were quite good. Hopefully there won't be any hiccups with using them there. If there are I will report back.

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

I would recommend it to a friend/relative now, but I would warn them it might take them a bit of time to trawl through the pages of deals unless they were only shopping for specific deals/shops (in which case, the search function on the site could be utilised instead).

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

Pretty easy - once I got in. It kept rejection my password for some reason and on the fifth time it accepted it. confused

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

Like others have said earlier, a preview of what would be available before becoming an incahoot plus member.

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?

I think it's a bit rubbish to be perfectly honest. I didn't find it difficult particularly, just not well laid out, rather cluttered in places and SO slow. I have a super fast broadband connection and this was almost like using dial up in times. If I wasn't testing I'd have given up.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?

Not a great deal really. As I have said before - it's ridiculously slow most of the time, it kept refusing my log in and the search function is really not good at all. It timed me out three times in one 'session' despite my using it constantly to look through the site. If I had paid the annual fee I would have been asking for my money back.

5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?

Not yet, no. At the moment I think it unlikely that I will be using the discounts - the ones for places that I shop regularly in/use are not good discounts in my opinion - more often than not I'd find a better discount in store/in conjunction with reward cards that I hold already.

6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

Not very I'm afraid. The speed/sign in/search/timed out issues need to be addressed before I would be happy to recommend it. I do also think that one should be able to see what is in store before spending £30 on annual membership. I don't want to be buying blind, and I doubt very much that any of my friends and family would either.

However, I will continue to look through the site, perhaps once a fortnight or so, in case there is any improvement...

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

I found the website confusing and had it not been for the mumsnet trial I would have dismissed it very quickly.

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

Struggling to see the value - why would you pay to subscribe???

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?

I'm afraid I found it difficult to navigate, it is not user friendly.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?

I struggled to find any discounts I might use, Boden for example can be bettered elsewhere (INCAHOOT quote 5.5%), my broadband and electricity deals are either comparable are better than those advertised.

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?

I did print off a voucher for a drink at a pub we are visiting for lunch tomorrow, however, the INCAHOOT site took me to the breweries homepage so I could have received the offer direct.

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

I'm always very grateful for the chance to trial/test products and services through mumsnet and am therefore keen to 'like' the product/service, however, on this occasion INCAHOOT did not come close I'm afraid. The offers can all be bettered elsewhere and the website was difficult to navigate hence no, I would not recommend.

Roseformeplease England Sun 24-Jun-12 21:52:30

Update. Just had a good look at the site as we need a mortgage and I thought that might be on offer, but not. So had a look at mobiles as I will need a new contract soon but they were more expensive for an iPhone 4S on vodafone than other sites I have used. So, not really worth £29.99 a year for something that then costs more. I might try the concierge service and see if they come up with something better.

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?
To be honest I still don't really understand the point of incahoot plus, I think I am missing the whole point of it. The website is not easy to navigate therefore making most of it difficult to understand.
Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site? A better explanation of how to use it.
Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?
As per q1
Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved? I liked the idea of the gift card discount, I think as far as improvement goes there could be more local discounts, in my area at least.
Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon? Nothing really stood out and many you can just get anywhere else. I like the card idea as said above
Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?
I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend it as its not easy to use or clear asto how the discounts work or indeed the point of it all really.
Thanks and good luck with the prize draw.

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

Was easy to find out information. No problems at all

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

More offers - with more everyday shopping...some of the offers are such that people will not be able to use...probably more child friendly stores.

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?

It is simple to navigate and use Incahoot.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?
The website is easy to navigate, simple to get to the deals.
Need to have more retail stores on it.

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?

Have not used any yet...most of them are not where I shop or am likely to shop.

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

Would definitely recommend this to other people.

fallingandlaughing Mon 25-Jun-12 18:24:18

1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

I didn't think it was sufficiently clear what the £29.99 was for and wouldn't have considered paying it if I happened upon the site as a customer.

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

If I was thinking of joining, I would have wanted specific details of deals I could get.

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?

It was hard to find details of discounts without trailing through pages and pages of irrelevant info. Search terms didn't always bring up everything that turned out to be there. For example I was buying a washer dryer and looking for a discount or offer. It just brought up a few pages, not al the offers on applicances that were available.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?

Most of the discoutns were too low to bother with e.g. 2% cashback. There are higher amounts available on free cashback sites. The higher amounts on InCahoot Plus only seemed to apply to sites I regard as already overpriced, so I wouldn't make a saving overall by using them.

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?

No. I got a better deal for my washer dryer through a free cashback site. I am planning to use the 10% discount at my local beautician soon.

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

So far I would not be likely to recommend the service. I don't think the offers are any better than (maybe even not as good as) I can find for free, and the site isn't very easy to navigate. I will persist though and am willing to be convinced!

Squiglettsmummy2bx Mon 25-Jun-12 18:37:56

1. The website was easy to understand.
2. No extra info as there was already a lot on there.
3. Easy to navigate but quite messy, not very well thought out.
4. Didn't really like anything.
5. Haven't used any discounts as I don't have spare cash to load cards then wait to use my money. No offers that take my fancy so far.
6. Wouldn't recommend as £30 is a lot to pay & I can't see me saving that.

georgieandjess Tue 26-Jun-12 14:41:08

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

Quite easy to understand and navigate through.

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

More information on what you actually get for your £30, as I’m still not really that clear. What is the card for too?

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?

It is easy to navigate but I don’t like the design of it

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?

I don’t see why I would pay money for this. The local discounts in my area are very poor. There needs to be more discounts are a wider variety of retailers

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?

No I have not used any yet, for the retailers I have looked at I have found better discounts elsewhere

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

I would not recommend this. I don’t see why I would pay for this service when I already use cashback sites with better discounts and can find discounts through other websites. The preloaded cards seem a bit dodgy to me too.

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand? It was fine, not difficult at all
Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site? Nothing particularly - I prefer to search elsewhere for things like product reviews, say. I think any more info would make it even more cluttered
Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why? It's not easy to navigate at all. I had a lot of fun (!) using the poor search function, and in the end had to trawl through hundreds of ads to find companies with a deal valid on freezers. It's no use only being able to search for the company you're about to use - I'm not company-loyal so would rather check out prices and deals. Also, I've never heard of the vast majority of companies advertising, so wouldn't exactly know to search for them... So anyway, of all the companies I checked out that might have a deal on freezers, I discovered that 2 had links that didn't work and another had a link that had 'expired'. This doesn't fill me with confidence in the site...
Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved? You'd need to work on the search function. I also had only 4 local discounters within a 45 min drive of me, so that's not ideal
Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon? Yes I may have earned 3% cashback on a small purchase of wallpaper I made. But I won't know if the process of getting it is trouble-free or even correct until late September (the website states that it can take 12 weeks for cashback to appear on the website account). The remainder of purchases I've made (2 to M&S, Argos, B&Q, Homebase, supermarket shopping) I used Kidstart instead because it had a better cashback rate and/or better discounts.
Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why? No, I wouldn't. So far I've saved about £1.50 (if the cashback pays out correctly); using another cashback site I've saved around £30; and that one is free. The cashback offers and discounts aren't tempting at all - sorry!

F1rstT1meMummy Wed 27-Jun-12 21:00:30

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?
There was nothing difficult to understand - but i have used other cashback websites before.
Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?
It would have been useful to have information about what discounts and cashback Incahoot plus offered without signing up.
Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?
It all made sense and was relatively easy to navigate - but I forgot my password and have struggled to log back in.
Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?
I liked the local offers open to local businesses even if I wasnt interested in any of them.
It is OK to navigate, but as another MN suggests a quidco layout would be simpler to follow.
I have now forgotten my password!
Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?
I have tried and checked to use Incahoot for many purchases. I tried to look for an iphone as I was renewing my contract, but there was no cashback offered with the service provider, handset and talk plan I was looking for.
I have bought some items online, including boots, but it was easier to go thorugh my usual cashback site(quidco) for this.
I am tempted to use the cards - but as another user suggests once you load up the cards and pay the various costs associated the cashback/saving in minimised. I also worry about loading a card up with cash and losing this (see comment before ref lost password - this is entirely possible for me!)
Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?
I would recommend it - just to see if Incahoot was comparable when making purchases.

beachhutbetty Thu 28-Jun-12 11:04:46

OK, so I've now been upgraded to Incahoot PLUS (thanks for sorting that out for me)! Back to answer the questions I couldn't answer before:
3. Not difficult to navigate, but only 2 offers available in my area.
4. I didn't like much about it, it looks plain and uninviting. I'm still not sure what I'm getting for my money.
5. Not used any yet.
6. I have still not received a welcome pack in the post.

Are we supposed to receive a card/pack in the post? I haven't had anything...

ShatnersBassoon Thu 28-Jun-12 17:45:19

Yes, I had a card through the post, just with a covering letter.

likelucklove Mon 02-Jul-12 00:14:02

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?
I found it quite difficult, and already use a similar website, as I couldn't find a page where it is explained to you. You just really are thrown in, and not given enough information on where to use the card without looking into it a great deal.

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?
I couldn't find this area, but an up-coming promotions section would be good. This would make me re-visit the site to check what was coming/if it was on there yet.

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?
I found it quite hard to get to grips with the website, since it doesn't seem to be organized well. The most problematic was that the sections for discounts does not seem to 'narrow down' enough, e.g. It takes you just to household goods, whereas making sub-sections like beds, sofas, kitchen essentials etc, would be easier and much less daunting. I don't have the time to go trawling through pages and pages.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?
I like the concept of the site, and that it gives you local discounts so I can help support businesses I may not have bought from before.
I disliked the layout, and think sub-sections of discounts would be better.
I would like for the local discounts to be improved, meaning that there are more available. None are available within 10 miles of me, then they are in the next big city, which I only visit 3 times a year. More companies need to be approached, as asking friends who have businesses, especially beauty salons, they had no idea what Incahoot was.
I would also like an email service (if there isn't one already - I've never had emails) every week giving an insight into what are the top offers that week, and offers they are finishing. I use a similar kind of website provided by my employers, and receive regular updates.

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?
No I haven't used any discounts yet, but intend to in the next month hopefully.

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?
I would recommend this website to a certain type of friend. It would have to be someone experienced with the Internet and online shopping, and who like to look for a good deal for a time. I could recommend it to young friends, but my DM did not understand it.

Sorry if what I've said for some of it does not apply or is already there - I was juggling a teething 15 week old baby at the time I was looking!

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?
Not really sure, there was a lot already given
Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?
No, found it quite easy to get through once id found where everything was.
Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?
I like the concept of the site, obviously there are a few of these discount sites around at the moment but incahoot is heading in the right direction
Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?
No but will soon.
Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?
Quite likely. It stood out to me and I really like the site overall.

ln1981 Tue 03-Jul-12 16:27:11

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?
It seemed quite clear what the basic premise was but I didnt think it was very well described on the front page-wasnt immediately clear what you were getting for your money.

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?
Nothing-most of it is quite well described, but again a bit more on what Incahoot plus actually is, as it wasnt very clear until you were logged into that part of the website.

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?
It was fairly easy despite the fact that there does seem to be qute alot on there!

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?
I havent really seen anything that I dislike, but there were not very many local offers near me. Im fairly lucky in that I live a 20min drive to Edinburgh so when I put in for the search to go further afield it picked up a good few more! Having said that, they were for things that I dont really use and there seemed to be a fair few restuarants. Fair enough for a treat but again not something I use all the time so maybe wouldnt save me much money?

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?
I havent used any yet, but it is summer hols here so will maybe find something to use.

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?
At the minute no, simply because I havent found anything of use to me, and to be honest £30 is alot to fork out on the off chance I might get a discount somewhere.

Tigerlily13 Tue 03-Jul-12 21:25:10

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

To be honest I can't really get my head around what the extra money you pay is for.

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

Maybe more info about what offers you'd have access to with Plus

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?

Not very easy as all the offers don't seem to be in one place, some are on the side bar, some on the top.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?

I don't think it's very enticing, and it's not very easy to navigate. Better local discounts.

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?

No, and don't really think I would.

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

Wouldn't recommend as I can't really see why it's worth paying the money for

KatieBMumsnet (MNHQ) Wed 04-Jul-12 09:42:55

Hi all, thanks again for your comments so far. Incahoot would like to say the following:

"Hi Mumsnetters,

Thank you all very much for your feedback so far.

The majority of the offers available through Incahoot PLUS are not available on generic cashback websites and are exclusive to Incahoot PLUS - particularly the reloadable gift cards and high street vouchers which allow you to make savings on your high street, grocery and fuel purchases. As a result there is a small membership fee to access the platform. If other cashback sites have deals that match these in terms of cashback, they are often not available long term.

Incahoot would like to make it clear that we do not make any money from the administration and processing fees relating to the high street gift vouchers and reloadable gift cards. The £1.99 P&P fee for the reloadable gift cards is purely that - a one off payment that covers up to 5 cards for this one fee. You can keep your gift cards forever, topping them up as and when you need to so you will only have to pay the P&P fee once. It’s true you do not have to pay this if you pick one up directly in ASDA or Sainsbury’s, however if you buy one in store you also won’t be earning cash back on the amount you load onto the card.

The 50p load fee is to cover the administration costs of loading funds onto your cards and you can load multiple cards under this one processing fee. We would recommend loading your cards monthly (particularly the supermarket ones) as this will keep the transaction fees to a minimum. We also find this is a great way of budgeting for groceries and fuel!

We accept that the search functionality within Incahoot PLUS is not working as it should, and this is something we are working hard to fix as quickly as possible.

We are also aware that the local deals may be better in certain areas (particularly London) than others. We are constantly updating and re-negotiating new deals with local businesses and hope to offer both a larger and wider range of offers over time, particularly for our members who live in Scotland.

We would like to thank you all for taking the time to review Incahoot PLUS and passing on your valuable feedback. We hope that you are able to take advantage of some of these great exclusive discounts and please remember to join us for the Twinterview on Thursday at 1pm to ask any specific questions you may have. Follow us on @incahoot and use #incahootPLUS to join in! In the meantime, please feel free to contact our customer services department should you have any issues.

Kind regards
Incahoot"

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

Not really except the parts where for the deal it says you have to show your incahoot card? I haven't been sent a card

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?
Make reloadable cards deal more clear. I understand it but it is complecated!

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?
easy

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?
Nothing about it grabs me, many vouchers yu can find easily on any voucher website. Non of the discounts are amazing of feel really worth it. I would feel a bit cheated if I had paid for a years membership. I think if you pay for ayears membership then you shouldnt have to pay for reloadable card postage of fees.

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?
I may use the gap discount voucher if I want to get a big purchase there. so far nothing else has grabbed me. I don't think I can be bothered with all the hassle of working out whether I will save much or not by buying a reloadable card for my shopping

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?
not likely.

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?

Yes easy enough to understand

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

Lack of information about the types of discounts available on the site

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?

Not difficult just a bit annoying that when i log on it doesn't automatically open up the Incahoot Plus website i have to press a link.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?

The website itself is fine its the concept i have difficulty with. If you have negotiated these discounts with companies why not have discount code for people to use? It just seems a lot of hassle for what is a minimal amount off your dinner at pizza hut!!

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?

Doubt i would use one unless it was a very large purchase like a holiday to make it worth it. The majority of the printable vouchers are also available elsewhere

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

Very unlikely. I doubt anyone would save enough to recoup the joining fee.

Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?
It was fairly easy to understand the concept when you moved about on site.

Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?

See answers below

Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?
No particularly difficult, but the site looks really amateurish. It does not seem very user friendly and the discounts not enough really for me to log in again.

Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?

Make the site more user friendly
Make the discounts better as other sites can offer just the same if not better

Q5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?
No and No

Q6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?

Not very likely to recommend it or use it as it is very user unfriendly. The customer service were good however. But maybe that is because it is a new site and not many people are using it so they are less flustered. The discounts were not worth the effort of trolling through page after page. I liked a discount on Apple products but when I clicked on the link, it went to a Apple Employee link. And I am not an apple employee. So not sure how that works! So no, I do not trust the site either. All the prepaid stuff is also very tedious and fiddly. Not worth the effort really.
