Don't forget that it's still very common for people to experience little or no loss by week 4. If this is happening to you, and you know that you haven't cheated, then don't panic. Just keep on keeping on, and by next week (hopefully!) you will be rewarded with a loss.
The losses from that point are likely to be in the region of 1-2lbs a week (may be more if you have a lot to lose), but that will all be fat. And although I know it doesn't sound a lot, just visualise it. 2lbs is 4 packs of lard, which is a lot of fat!
If you've moved on to Bootcamp Light, make sure you're keeping an eye on how many carbs you're eating, and don't get carried away with the nuts and fruit
or the alcohol.

No loss this week, I've stayed exactly the same as last week
Might be due to the ridiculous amount of exercise this weekend. My muscles feel swollen - but I don't know if that's really possible. The beer on Saturday may have had a bearing on it too I suppose.
Planning to stick to proper bootcamp this week and do bootcamp light at the weekend. I have a wedding to go to so it would be rude not to have just one drink! Might try to make a better choice than lager though.
I've stayed the same this week but I was expecting this as I've been out twice and slipped from the path of righteousness. I'm going racing today and staying in a nice hotel so back on bootcamp tomorrow with lots of water. Think that has been my downfall this week. Still feel smaller though and fit into things which were tight.
Only 0.4lb off this week. Gutted. Hope everyone else gets a better loss.
Willie could you add me back to the spreadsheet? I have my laptop now so can add all my weights in.
I've lost 1 lb, not bad as I had four glasses of wine this weekend

I need to get over my obsession with the scales. I am getting a training program that is for fat burning and toning. I should get that in the next few days. I will measure myself the day I start and then again when I feel I have lost some. I will still weigh in for boot camp but after that I will try to avoid the scales. They can ruin my day .
Another 2 lb off this week so only 5 lb to go before I reach my target pre-pregnancy weight. I joined towards the end of the last Bootcamp though so I've been LCing for 15 weeks now. I definitely couldn't have done it without BIWI to keep me on the straight and narrow
and scold me when I'm naughty, and Willie's amazing spreadsheet to keep track for me.

I lost a pound this week which is a bit disappointing as this morning is the heaviest I have been for days.

Pound on but been cheating this weekend. I didn't even enjoy some of the cheat food just couldn't be bothered to cook something different for me. Back on track today though.
BIWI please please help me. I haven't cheated at all, still following full bootcamp except for 2 glasses of wine on Friday night. I have gained 4lb this week. What am I doing wrong? I am gutted
I don't know yet biwi the lady I am using is going to devise a months worth of sessions at 5 sessions a week. It will be designed to tone all the flabby bits and strengthen too. It will be using kettlebells and dumbells. It costs quite a bit but it will hopefully be worth it. Happy to share it if anyone needs help with toning.
I should get it in a few days. She says it will take a few days to devise it and she comes highly recommended so fingers crossed.
I have really eased back on the exercise as I was afraid of putting weight on but now I know I won't be reaching my holiday goal I can get back to my normal exercise.
I do need to stop worrying about the scales. Even though I haven't lost much over the last few weeks im stikk getting lots of comments about how much I've lost so I know my body shape is changing.
Purle don't forget that when you exercise you may put on weight - the muscle need water or something...
MsIng - list out your food, lets have a look. Quantities as well if poss.
SteppingonLego - lager/beer are the very worst things you can go for in the pub! Beer Bellys are a real thing you know! Wine/spirits are better.
MsIngaFewmarbles - it could be anything! Are you coming up to your period?
It's possible it's just part of the weeks 3-4 adjustment process.
But list out for me your meals/drinks over the last few days and let's see if there's anything we can help with.

I have STS this week, to the same quarter of a lb. Funny. Been great o the food though have had a bit of wine. There is only one social event this week (thursday) seeing the last standing Bee Gee in concert, so I should be able to cut right back on the the old vino for the rest of the weekend.
As I work Tues, Wed, Thurs, I feel like THursday is my friday and often go out then. Not with gallons of wine, but hey. This week I am going to try to steer clear. That makes me seem like a terrible old boozer, which I am really not, but I do like a glass or two on Fridays and Saturdays.

Sts and clothes feel tightest too I know it's to be expected, but I can't help but feel a bit meh.
I had kind of started, although not properly, a couple of weeks before bootcamp, so I thought I'd avoided the 3-4 week stall. I am trying to remember 8 lbs off in total, which is good & that I don't feel hungry. Unfortunately I had a hard day and a shit meal at the twatty in laws, and along with some husband ishoos and extreme tiredness I'm in a very miserable place. Mil of course thinks a nice minting value trifle would sort me out. FFS, how about we talk about your son being a bit of a nob???!!!
Anyway, keep on keeping on.
Struggling to keep fat intake up as opposed to protein. Seem to only manage by using cream and worried that dairy will stall me/
I refuse to stand on the scales this morning. bad night with ds last night and i don't need that pressure. Lots of compliments yesterday from people who haven't seen me in a few months, and a couple of new outfits in a smaller size are what i am focusing on.
For those who are struggling, hang in there. Weeks 3, 4 and 5 can be frustrating. Be patient and keep going. It will be rewarded.

I am just slinking in to report a 1.9 kilo gain. I am very disappointed with myself as I had a bad eating (and wine drinking) week last week, with no real excuse except making the most of the weather and a last visit to a couple of cafe/restaurants which are closing today for the off-season. At least I know where the damage came from. Back boot-campingtoday with renewed zeal. Very many thanks to BIWI and others for the unstinting effort and support, it would be much more difficult without you and you really are helping me make the changes I need to.
Oh dear what a weekend of carby twatdom!
It all slid downhill at speed after I posted on Saturday. There were gallons of wine to wash down the roast potatoes, and port too. Then the hangover yesterday suppressed my willpower entirely and I was a complete carby twat all day. The dispiriting thing is that none of it was particularly nice (bread - stodgy, milky coffee - tasteless and bland, cake - sickly sweet). The only things that were worth it were the Maids of Honour tarts I bought in Kew on the journey home.
My penance... 2lbs on this morning having lost a lb earlier this week, so overall a lb gain this week.
It's very difficult to stick to this WOE when you're a guest in someone's home.
It makes you realise what huge amounts of carbs most people consume daily!
Having a hangover wipes out all of my willpower and good intentions.
Onwards and downwards, Campers, and for all the losers.
On a positive note, though, I bought some M&S size 12 trousers during the last bootcamp in a charity shop. I could just shoehorn myself into them and thought I'd buy them in anticipation of being able to fit into them in the future. On Saturday I found them in the drawer and they fit me perfectly. I think they're a generous size 12 tbh but hey, I'm happy with that!
ohfuck - what about salad dressing made with olive oil? Frying with butter and/or adding butter to your veg?
A weight gain of 1 lb for me but lost half an inch on my waist. I have been having a lot of creamy or cheesy dishes and had a drink on Saturday and Sunday due to a child free day and then feeling quite down yesterday
Will try harder.
